This place use to be exciting when I was child. Now, its the worse. Seriously the front desk woman is rude. Every time I go in, they mess up on the order and she has an attitude thinking its the customers problem even though her employees are the one who made the numerous mistakes in the first place. She over talks you even though shes in wrong. Theres no such thing as customer service here. They refuse to refund you if they made the mistake! Believe me this has happened almost 10 times in the last 6 months and I kept giving them a chance hoping it would go back to the way it was when it was great. Now, its the worse. Youd be better off going to china wok down the street

I called and placed an order in for friends and for myself as well. The woman who took my order was "Void of how to speak appropriately to costomers". Once I arrived, I decided to address this matter with the manager. Since I was getting no where with her. She was EXTREMELY LOUD and RUDE. And then she told me that she was the manager. This must mean that they are so rich and successful that THEY CAN afford to speak RUDELY to their costomers. If it was not for the fact that other people was involved in this order I would not have gone through with it.( The food tasted second class. I threw mines into the trash). I will NEVER EVER GIVE THIS RESTURANT MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

As a business man I travel to many states. I stopped in at the China Dynasty Restaurant on 2/23/14 for the all you can eat buffet. This was the absolute worst Chinese buffet I have ever visited. It is listed as fine dining. However, I do not consider a buffet that contains only 12 main items and only 3 desert items, which were all frozen, a fine dining experience. It definitely was not worth the $30.00 for my fiance and myself. Eating at a fast food restaurant would have been more fine dining than this experience.

We have not been in China Dynasty for over 2 years and decided to drive over all the way from Dublin remembering that their food was pretty good. Wow, what a difference. Food is not even close what used to be plus when we asked for some extra hot spice oil, the owner (or manager) looked me in an eye and said " it will be 30 cents extra". We used to love their China Dynasty Beef, but this time it was undercooked and too much fat in it. I guess we didnt go there for whole 2 years for a reason.

This restaurant has the best Chi/Thi food in Columbus. The fried rice is perfect, and not greasy. We enjoy the Sunday buffet that is always fresh. The food is real, and doesnt taste boxed or canned. The wait staff is superb and works to please their customers. This is a place you dont want to skip if you enjoy Chi/Thi food! However, the woman at the front desk is brisk and unwelcoming, so be prepared for her. Once you are past her, the waiters take excellent care of you.

For more than 20 years, China Dynasty has been my favorite Chinese restaurant.I Simply love the Sunday Buffet! The food is ALWAYS Fresh. The staff is always friendly, courteous and respectful. They make you feel like famly with their warm greetings. I highly recommend it China Dynasty! Kudos to the owner, manager and staff for running such a great restaurant for such a long time. I am so happy that Columbus, OH is your home.

It serves decent food even if its a little overpriced. Ive eaten here a couple of dozen times and its never made me sick. The portions are good (rice + meal = two meals for me, I refrigerate half of it) and the food is flavorful. Surprisingly good considering its location and the look of the building. The fountain inside the front door is a nice touch. Overall a positive experience just a little expensive.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbus. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food is always great. I bring large groups of people here (sometimes 20+), and we enjoy a wonderful evening in the private room off to the side. They are fast, friendly, and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Ive loved the Lane Avenue location of China Dynasty for years, and I was so happy to learn there was another when I moved to the East Side of Columbus. Its an older building and not that nice inside, but the food is still awesome. Its not too expensive and takeout is fast. China Dynasty is the best.

The waiters and lady in the front are disrespectful. The plates, cups and silverware and not washed correctly and the bathrooms are dirty from time to time. I couple give them 0 stars I would. Keep your money and go to the Huambo House it is cheaper and the food taste SO MUCH BETTER.

Love this place! My coworkers and I come here about once every two weeks and always have the best service! I have not ordered anything I didnt like. The hot and sour soup is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and there is barely any wait time between ordering and eating.

My niece loves sizzling soup, I love this place too. One time I accidently left my fake teeth in my napkin and it got thrown away and guy actually went thru trash to find them, was grateful lol cuz theyre exspensive haha! Getting hungry now

Worst place ever. I used to love it, but the past few times I have gone recently the food is terrible service was even worse. Would give no stars if I could. Not sure if it changed management or what but save your money and go elsewhere.

Food is ok,lady at front counter is a little rude. Prices are high compared to the size portion you get. They charge ten cents a pack for soy sauce and they only give you about 3-4 for a order of shrimp fried rice.

I go to this restaurant frequently - their shrimp pad thai is excellent! Honestly, a gem in Northland Columbus!
