I visited this place many times and every time the service was slow , but today will be the last time. I hade ordered a banana split with pineapple and strawberry toppings it had one pieces of strawberry and no syrup and two little pieces of pineapples and again no syrup , on a banana split come on. when I asked them are they for real, and they said so. I could not eat it , so i pitched it and asked for a refund on the strawberry sundae that was not made yet , and he wanted to refund all my money and I said no just the sundae and then the manager/owner started going nuts and then started hollering at the employee for this and then turned on me as he gave me back my money for the sundae and threaten me with a stick he had there.( I thank to lock the window) and I told him if he hit me with that he would go to jail. another person was so upset with his actions in front of his 5 year old son , he asked for his money back also . this is a place that I would say not to visit it is just by the main store and its nice for a treat after shopping until this visit and the food , and the service has never been more than a 5 out of 10

HORRIBLE. Service was disorganized and weird, food inedible ( My first son threw up and the other couldnt even break the skin of his hot dog (yes he has teeth), I had to throw mine away for exactly the same reason ( I too have teeth) milk shakes had had mettalic taste, threw those out too) 17 bucks for that. We said "ok" and headed to the bouncy house to at least have fun, promptly chased away because we didnt spend 3 bucks a head on tickets. Both kids hungry, crying and mad now - thanks alot jerks. DO NOT GO HERE, I will never go here again, plenty of other more friendly, quality ice cream places in area that will not poison and rob you - all are better than this place. AVOID. Send health department immediately.

QUALITY QUANTITY AND VALUE ! I just left this modern, clean and friendly creamy whip. Creamy whip is a understatement the food menu is just as large as the dessert menu. The owner at the front window waited on us and was very eager to show us what made THE ICE BOX different from the other creamy whips. Needless to say we had 2-3 samples before deciding on the italian sorbet and an Hot Fudge Brownie Flurrie. Let me tell you this place is the bomb ! Ill make the 15 mile drive at least a few times a week. BTW the Salty Carmel Yogurt is also wonderful.

First of all the same owner that owns the ice cream shop does not own the ice box dairy bar. They are two different tennants. The ice cream shop is the greatest soft serve in the city. I am a customer two years and counting. This place has homemade lemonade, homemade root beer, home made waffle cones (get there early youll see a little old lady in the back with her waffle press), and I just found out on my last visit they are now making homemade whip cream. This place is the cleanest and nicest kept creamy whip in Ohio that I have seen.

My husband and I visit the Ice Box weekly, we find the staff extremely friendly. The ice cream is VERY reasonable compared to others plus the covered patio and plenty of parking make this place very convenient. They have a large selection of dessert, I personally had the Salty Carmel Yogurt and my husband had a Strawberry Milk Shake (real strawberries by the way) as usual you can sure tell the difference when you go to this place. Food fun for everyone. This modern day ice cream shop located near Lawrenceburg, Bridgetown and Harrison has more to offer than just great ice cream. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and five bounce houses, for just two dollars per child. I even had my sons birthday party here this year, clean, quality, and large portions. Great job Ice Box see you next year!! Anybody looking for great ice cream and relaxing atmosphere. Check this place out.

I just left the icebox when the customer in the review "DAVE WRIGHT" was there when i was waiting in line. I frequent this establishment 3-4 times a week and never had a bad ice cream or meal. This guy was complaining about the amount of toppings on his banana split this was not the case. I ordered three ice cream cups with sprinkles and my order had an enormous amount of sprinkles. Do not miss out this place !

Pros: Food is okay. Cons: Service is usually pretty slow. Also, on my last visit, the manager/owner was loudly and harshly scolding the employees while he was working at the service window, in full view of a long line of customers. This unprofessional attitude prompted me to leave; I will not be frequenting The Ice Box any time soon.

I visited this gem while driving from lawrenceburg indiana to cincinnati on route 50. The Ice Cream was excellent ! Quality all the way. The place was packed so be patient the wait is well worth it. The cheeseburger I ordered was to die for. I ordered mozzarella on it and it was one of the best burgers I have had.

I just left this wonderful ice cream oasis, the food is outstanding and the desserts are huge and delicious. If you get the opportunity stop by and check it out you will be amazed. Good Job Ice Box ! Try the reese flurrie or a turtle sundae, my favorites.

This place is pretty bad... we waited 20 minutes for a burger, icecream, and a drink. On top of that, the ice cream was pretty awful, the pop was flat, they had poor management, and the food wasnt even good for the price. Will not recommend.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL!!!! WE WERE WAITING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH TO PLACE AN ORDER AND THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON US AND CLOSED WAY BEFORE IT WAS TIME TO CLOSE !! Ran by a bunch of assholes
