Took my kiddies here for the first time (Hiram, ga) and was less then impressed. They are extremely cheap with their toppings. I ordered an gotta have it = large...and literally receive one kit Kat stick...ONE! One measly bar for the whole ice cream. My daughter asked for cherries, the young girl put two cherries and then smashed them in! WHY? She smashed them. I was so confused. I was disappointed that I spent almost $20 and for ice cream and didnt get what I want. And the fun part WAS to have the kids see them mix the toppings...that was a fail. Wont be coming back here again....was so looking forward to the experience. Suggested: try another cold stone or a different ice facility

I been going to this location for very long time with my BF! I always have pleasant experience. All employees are really awesome. They all even know my order so as soon as I walk-in, they ask me if I want my usual or not and thats the only question about ice cream they asked and the fun conversation begin after that.They always having fun and entertaining customers. Store is VERY CLEAN and Ice cream are simply amazing!!! If I could, I would eat there everyday!! KEEP IT UP GUYS! WE LOVE U COLDSTONE HIRAM!

Poor service, I been there few times and the service is cant compare they need to learn how prepare the things and have more team work. I usually came every 2 days a week in my country (Puerto Rico-Rio Hondo Bayamon) when I came here in this location omg the worst service and they need a training. Need to learn from people of Puerto Rico they are the best. I will never come back to Hiram location. If want be successful need to improve the service and have more coordination.

There was HAIR in my ice cream!!! When I went immediately back in the Guy who owns this location was completely rude and eluded that I had put the hair in the ice cream and gripped about servicing my family. I will NEVER Return to this establishment and will report it to the health department. If u decide to try it watch out for HAIR!

We used to live near a bursters ice cream shop for 2 years may have stopped for ice cream maybe 6 times moved to Hiram Ga. in April 2017 Found a cold stone creamery down the street the staff is super sweet and attentive. Weve eaten cold stone ice cream about 8 times in 2 months right now Im fighting the urge to wisk over there.

Walking in it smelled like a dirty mop bucket. The bathroom door was caked in grime that could be seen from the front door. The lady behind the counter said "oh you look tired" granted I probably was in many facets. Pass this place up and visit the always clean and near by yogurt shops.

Ok so I went into coldstone the other day to get my usual ice cream(peanut butter perfection) and some girl was so rude to me and practically insulted me while making my ice cream. No to mention the ice cream tasted like sour ass.

This way-point knows how to make ice cream. Home-made French Vanilla with bits of Maraschino Cherries and crushed Heath bar mixed in, served in a chocolate and walnut encrusted waffle cup. Need I say more?

every time I have been here there has been something wrong, one time the air was out once the freezer was and the ice cream was almost melted before I got to eat any, this place is a major no go for me

Ice cream and waffle cone bowl was very good. I had one with peanut butter cups. The place was clean except for the bathroom. There was a funny smell and everything was dirty.

Didnt honor the coupon. Didnt fill the cup up with ice cream, like they are saving it for another day. Funnel cake tasted stale and strawberries were not sweet.
