One of the best Mexican places on Staten Island. They serve a lot of Oaxacan food, including Oaxacan tamales on the weekend. The rojor and verde salsas are delicious, though not as spicy as I would like. The juquilitas is still the best (laundromat that makes burritos, tacos and cementas in back) but this is a close second in my mind and it has pleasant seating too.

Great place to eat!! Very cheap and unlike some yelpers everything i tasted is flavorful. I usually get the chorizo tortas and tacos with the oaxaca cheese, which is very flavorful. The bistec is usually dry, but not bad. The buche tacos which is pig stomach is also delicious if you are on the adventerous side.

This place is definitely underrated. Their food is made fresh right in front of your eyes and its delicious! You could almost taste the care they put into their dishes. the setting might not be very appealing but it really doesnt matter when the food is that good.
