Pay no attention to Ramsey Ruined Me. Its difficult to one seriously when they cant spell. I think he meant to say the food was mediocre, but said it was "medicore". Im not sure what medicore is. It must have something to do with health care. I didnt see any "deserts" there, either. I did see many desserts and found them to be very tasty. Ive NEVER had bad service there and the staff are always friendly. If some of them are not quite as engaging as others, please understand thats it more of a language barrier problem, than it is lack of social skill. Many of these restaurant workers are immigrants and are learning english, but it would be like us going to China and trying to learn Chinese. It takes a while, so relax and be nice. The owner is a real nice lady and very friendly. The interior is very ornate and considering how much money went in to building the place, the cost for being able to dine on everything, including crab legs until you explode is extremely reasonable. If you cant find anything on the buffet line to your liking, you can always order off the regular menu and get food made to order. If youre in the Tri-Lakes area, you must try it.

I am always skeptical of "buffet" places but this one was a pleasant surprise. We went on Sunday night and the selection of foods was tremendous. Im not sure if they have this every night but there was lots of seafood including crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp, crayfish, fresh water mussels and squid. The sushi selection was adequate, nothing special. There were two full aisles of Chinese food, something for everyone including chicken, beef and pork dishes along with lots of vegetarian and rice dishes. There were also some American foods that would keep kids happy. I was really impressed with the selection of fresh fruits and mini-cakes for dessert. There was also a soft-serve ice cream machine and scoop ice cream too. We made the decision to go based on convenience but well certainly go back when were in town again. The dinner price of $15 for each of us included hot tea which was $2 extra. Overall a great bargain for all-you-can-eat.

i wouldnt eat here again if my life depended on it...the last time I was here, the server messed up our ticket and charged us for drinks we did not order and had it "scratched out" on his ticket. when I went to pay for the bill, the crazy lady at the hostest stand/counter changed the amount of my bill because the server made the mistake and try to tell us that our order was initially right when in fact he messed up... She charged us for the drinks and proceed to get angry with me because I was trying to explain to her we did not ORDER more drinks that were on our order...I have never been insulted in my life and she got a piece of my mind upon my mother and I leaving the establishment... The food alone tastes like it was made the day before. the only thing that saves the buffet is the guy who makes the sushi... Do not eat here unless you want to be over charged for things you did not order

The food options are very limited, not a lot of different choices for a buffet. When we went at 7pm all of the food seemed to have been left out for a really long time. Especially the soups and sushi. Many of the dishes in the buffet didnt look very appealing, the ones that do were empty and not regularly filled. Good thing there was fruit and ice cream for my dinner or I would have gone home very hungry and dissatisfied. Also the waitresses could barely speak English and were rude. They didnt seem to care how the restaurant was kept at all. I would have asked for a refund but I dont think they would have done anything to compensate for the bad experience.

Was very disappointed the staff which was 2 waitresses were very rude and slow. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks after she took order. Almost all of the tins of food were empty. Jello was warm. The place was not busy so no excuse for such bad service. When waitress brought our check she threw it on table. When paid our bill she asked how everything was I told her how disappointed we were she said sorry.

Really wish i could rate a 0. This ppace was wonderful, when it was under old management. Tye food was cold almost to the poit of consern for my and my parties health. I would recomend ordering from a asian food place in town or getting tye ingredients and making it yourself. I have been cooking for many years and have work at many resteraunt and i have to say i was appalled by my experience

No star isnt a option . We got there there was barely any food ,what was out was cold and/or hard. We were told that they would be bringing more out very soon . Waited 30 min and nothing . Waitress took forever , and was very rude . Got our check thrown at us , our bill was over $100 and when we spoke to them all we got was "we are sorry, we were busy " There new. Management SUCKS!

Under new management. We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our take-out order. Lovely facility inside. Their portions are generous and prices very reasonable. Lots of dishes to choose from. We have noticed many more cars in the parking lot, now than we did under the previous management. More cars means more patrons, which means good food.

Love the Asain Buffet. Its my go to for comfort food and Sushi . May not be the best Chinese/ Asian, cusine buffet in NY . But its pretty good for price and Saranac Lake... When my rents come for a visit and want to take us out , this is their favorite place to go.

As far as buffets go, if this place is not the best Chinese buffet in the United States, it ranks right up there. It has great food and get this, real soft serve ice cream! Seriously, a beautiful place with outstanding food. No disappointments here.

For a buffet, this is about as good as it gets. Everything has great flavor and the Sushi was excellent. Probably the best tasting buffet I have been to besides Las Vegas. For under $12 a person, you cant go wrong. You wont be disappointed.

Good buffet with some really nice selections. Went in for a late lunch and still had some of everything to choose from. Everything was hot, fresh and very good. They even have sushi.

Great, typical Asian buffet Lots of choices from American classics for kids to Chinese staples and sushi, price is right with about 10 USD per person incl drink, certainly be back.
