If i could give a zero star rating i would. The drive thru person on our visit 6/6/16 was so distracted. Giggling and talking to some other person while i ordered at the drive thru. We had to go thru my 2 measly orders again and again because she cant get it right. This said, you probably know how this ends. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I usually dont make my complaints public and prefer to give feedback personally, but they are making it hard. The phone number published here is not working. The phone number printed on the reciept? Yup, no answer. Never again. Never again will i go here.

I have regular heartburn from this place and I keep coming back, their biscuits are addictive and I eat it too fast every time. It really questions my intelligence if I cant even learn from my mistakes, and should a fast-food soul food restaurant be making me have deep introspection about my own behavior? If the Bonafide $5 box is in, you owe yourself to get a box.

Ive eaten at this Popeyes, and may others, before. The food is as I expect it to be, generally very fresh and good portions. All things being said, yes I got an undercooked thigh when I was supposed to get a breast, it was made right without any fuss.

Place was nice and clean service was good. The menu is extremely confusing. Im sure if I was a regular I could navigate through it better but being someone who doesnt eat fast food regularly I would prefer a normal menu.

Everytime we go to Popeyes in Manville, they never have any spicy chicken ready. We always have to wait for it to be cooked. However, today the manager gave me a free biscuit while I waited which was a nice gesture.

Very clean with friendly staff. The manager often speaks to customers and makes menu suggestions or offers coupons. You might wait a few minutes if you order spicy chicken, but its worth the wait! Lol!
