I love the food but NOT the new location on West Ridge Road. For starters the parking stinks - there are only spots on one side of the building and no way to turn around if you pull in and the spots are taken. Second, the inside seating area is very "fast food" - no where near as comfortable as the previous site. The trash/dish return area is right up near where you wait for your food. Third, service is extremely slow. Went there today at 12:30 and waited 20 minutes for our lunch - at which point I asked for my money back. There were people who had been waiting for more that 40 minutes ahead of us for soup! Rediculous! The manager who returned my money never even apologized. There is a drive through at this site which seemed to be moving so I suspect they are working on those orders quickly at the expense of their in-house patrons. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this Panera anytime soon.

When its busy, its like a cafeteria. The tables are too close to each other, when someone gets up from the table next to you their butt is in your face. The noise level is really high. The old location had many booths, the new place has 1. Gone is all the coziness that made the other location so nice. The gas fireplace is high on the wall and might as well be a flat screen TV with video of a fire. The parking lot is amusing with a parade of cars, entering and turning around in the handicap space to leave, because of a lack of parking. Best to just park in the adjacent Mall spaces. Wish we had a Wildflower Bread Company, like the one in Flagstaff.

Service has reallly improved here over the past few years. I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month and cant think of the last time I had a bad experience. Occasionally theres a food prep person that isnt super cheery, but we all have bad days. It does seem like they have a high rate of turnover for employees and this often leads to inconsistency in food preparation. I typically get the Frontega Chicken Panini and I know whats supposed to be on it. So, not getting tomatoes, or basil, or onion, or some combination of those is a little annoying. I imagine others who eat here often notice that too.

Went through the drive through and ordered a pick 2. The chicken Cobb salad had no avocado...my favorite part of the salad and the main ingredient in a Cobb salad. So that was disappointing. The tomato, basil flat-bread sandwich was dripping in pesto sauce. There was a puddle of it in the box it came in. I also order a panini but apparently this sandwich isnt a panini anymore, I wasnt told I was getting a flat-bread. I always love your food but I was bummed at my 1st drive through experience at the Greece location.

Beautiful newly built location. It is a wonderful improvement over the old spot next to Petco. Only issue is the parking lot and the drink lid holder inside. Whoever designed both should be shot twice. Other than that, great food and awesome staff. A bit on the slow side though. Panera has a two minute or less pledge to get you food and they fail miserably. They consistently make your food clear from the screens so they look good to corporate, but in reality take at least 5 to 10 minutes.

The new Greece location is not as nice as the previous one. Parking is cramped and no room to turn around if its full. Our orders this morning were both wrong and when I got the right order the bread appeared moldy. The manager replaced it. Silverware was also dirty and had to be replaced. A patron at the table next to us also complained because her order was burned and not edible. The staff seemed pretty inexperienced. Not too keen on going back.

Britney- she made my day!! So helpful and so amazing. Shes always willing to get each customer what they want. You can tell she cares. She honestly deserves a raise. I was so upset about one other worker here but then Britney calmed me down!! Seriously youre amazing. God bless you! Ill have to speak to your manager to tell him what a great job youre doing!!!

The location is clean and staff is okay but the inconsistency in food is outrageous sometimes my food has this on it sometimes it doesnt. My sandwiches I order half, get a whole, order a whole, get a half. Food will be missing ingredients or just packaged sloppy.

Great food and nice drive-thru location but pretty rude service. I went there for my first time this weekend and used their drive-thru location. This store needs to train the girl that helped us better as Miranda was very rude and not personable.

I ended up with the wrong salad and the manager let me have the wrong one plus made me the one I ordered in minutes. Both salads were delicious and I was treated with such respect and care. I used to love Panera but now I just adore it!

I had an amazing experience with Pandora today.. I ordered online for delivery and accidentally ordered for rapid pick up and spoke to a manager and latoya got the food to me within minutes.. and her customer service was phenomenal.

Food is always great. Love French onion soup in bread bowl. Only complaint is parking lot way too small. Have to park much further away in mall parking lot. Not good when bring handicapped husband.
