I was trying to place an order over the phone and explain to the man taking the order that we looked the sauce and to please include it in the meal. If we dont ask for the sauce they dont give it. He became combative having a back and fort conversation stating that they always give the sauce. I explained that as the customer Im telling you that we dont get the sauce if we dont say that we wanted it thats how I know this. He continued with his defensive rant. And I then said that I dont feel comfortable now without this conversation after all we would be eating the food and he replied that he dont care cancel the order it dont matter to him! I will never patronize this restaurant again. We the people make it possible for you to survive here with open arms in this country and a attitude like that customers do not need.

Sooooo I order general tso shrimp with Frid rice, the shrimp was stale and breaded so hard and stuck together, when called to tell them how I felt. They just hung up on twice. No apology no nothing, in fact he said want you want me to say. So so. I will tell everyone I know not eat there, plus one call to the department of health. The shrimp is dad and rotten. Let the game begin. We need to show these people fit it wasnt for us they would go out of business.

Ive been getting takeout from this establishment for the past 15 years. Food is always good, served hot and portions plentiful. Most of the time Ill order a few lunches just before 3:00pm to save a dollar AND to get a lot of food for the money. Never greasy or overcooked. I have many favorite dishes.

Best Chicken Lo Mein I ever had this place .Even when you look at there counter and things on it then you will see its a clean .Good flavor and pleasant owner and drivers.Sorry for anyone else who had a complaint.I am a germ fanatic and I never got sick nor had anything in my food.

There food is the best. I always choose to get my food from here. Its the beat. The only think I hate was when they were delivering to my house I paid them and they gave me the change so I tipped thm $5 and the driver says to me THATS IT! rudeness I was appaulled.

Very rude! Unpleasant experience. Hung the phone up on me, cursed at me. Would not put a manager on, or give the managers name. The food is mediocre, at best! They do not know how to treat regular customers and I will never patronize them again!

Charged me extra for using debit card. Have lived in my apt for 6 months., never saw any type of bug, Exterminator comes twice a month. Got a pint of chicken lo mien and killed my first roach in my apt. No big thing but it makes you think.

One of the best in Freeport! I wouldnt say this restaurant does anything to differentiate itself from the many Chinese restaurants in long island but they offer great food and the quality never fluctuates.
