Will these people EVER get orders right?? I have given them so many chances, I actually didnt go for a few months because the last time i went, they completely screwed up my order..but, i decided today to give them ONE more chance...and of course, my order was wrong. Is it so hard? Its a shame because there are no other bagel stores close but the management is awful, they hire these young kids that have NO idea what the heck they are doing, and the one girl there is DEFINITELY not a people person. She is SOOO nasty!!! IF you dont like your job, then find another one. What a shame, this place could definitely do well, but i dont see it lasting with these young kids they are hiring. Just today while I was online, the phone rings and the girl answers "HELLO?" um, is this your house that you are answering the phone like that? LOL I am not the only one who has complained about the service, and i love to see the rolling of the eyes from the customers online when as usual, they dont get the orders right. Very disorganized and very very bad management with the people they are hiring. What a shame.

definitely the BEST bagels in the area, with a fun assortment and always something new to try. havent had a single thing there that hasnt been delicious! there are a few women that have been there for awhile and are VERY hard working and always very nice when I come in. love going it :)

This place is just Ok. Nothing special. The manager is extremely rude. Ive tried continuously since I started going here to be nice to her. She isnt nice back. Whatever! If she wants to run her business this way - Thats her problem.
