Let me start off by saying Ive been to a lot of Cold Stones but this place definitely is not the Cold Stone to go to first of all I went there the day before and it was $25 for 3 ice creams the next day I got one more extra small ice cream and it was an extra ten bucks the mint chocolate chip ice cream didnt even taste like mint at all I was very disappointed you dont mind spending money for something but at least if you get what you pay for your happy for it if you order mint ice cream youll understand exactly what I mean by Cold Stones ice cream it doesnt even taste like men my whole family was disappointed especially when you spend over $50 in two days and ice cream in the store and it doesnt even taste like the flavor that you wanted to taste like so if you want to spend a lot of money for ice cream and keep in mind they dont even sing anymore I grew up in Long Island and Cold Stone used to be the newest and hottest thing when you tip them they used to sing a song now they dont even sing boy boy boy what a let-down anyway whats the sense of paying so much money for ice cream when you can get the same thing at Carvel and spend a third the price if I could give this place a zero I would but Im giving it one star because the one girl that helped us was very nice and very cheerful thats the only reason why I Cold Stone is getting a star

Cold Stone ice cream is my favorite ice cream I always get the cheesecake fantasy minus the blueberries, yummy. Im giving the establishment a 3 star (and Im being generous) because of the service. My son and I usually go every Sunday; thats our bonding time. On mothers day we went and the lines were out the door with 2 employees working, meanwhile there were 2 other employees moving around the store but not serving. The associate mistakenly put carmel in my cheesecake fantasy and when I called it to her attention, rather than give me a different mix, she proceeded to remove the carmel and throw it in the garbage. I almost lost my mind, I was reminded of the commercial where the customer at a restaurant told the server he didnt like mayonnaise and she wiped the bread on her apron. The service that day was just plain horrible. Please, please work on your service. Thank you

Good old cold stone, what can I say about them. Well let me start by saying it tastes great. Ice cream livers like myself have a large selection to choose from. Mix and match, add other things to ur creative desire. On Sundays I noticed that they have a skeleton crew working. They get so much customers from all over, but management always fail to adapt to the amount of ppl coming. That wait for one person to make a group of 3 is killing me. Touch ppl come and not enough staff for the customers. Other than that its worth the trip, but not the wait.

Understaffed & on some of the hottest days now showing up this summer,you can barely feel the A/C. Who ever heard of a ice cream parlor with no air conditioning indoors. Tables and floors sometimes look like a pig sty. And the kitchen sink area was piled up with dirty utensils & items for preparing milk shakes. Oh how I wish my smart phone camera was working that day.but I have since then bought a new and better phone.SO IBe back in the future to show the proof for all u non believers!!

They have multiple signs all over the store for Confetti Cupcake Ice Cream and the Party Like A Cupcake creation. The employee helping us did not know how to make it. They also did not have one of the necessary ingredients to make the Party Like A Cupcake: Cake Batter Frosting.

Tasty ice cream, you can take 2 flavours in one cup and mix it with some toppings. Not the best ice cream out the, we preffer Carvel, but its a good one too. Specific place is VERY understaffed, one person handles everything, 15 minutes in line for 2 cones.

I came here a few times but todays 94 degrees weather have this place crowded. Its about 30 people in front of me. Cant complain everyone wants to cool off a little in this hot weather. Other than that good service,clean & nice staff.

Its cool if you are getting ice cream or special ordering a cake but the ready made cakes in the fridge are a little old tasting. But the staff is really nice and the managers accommodate you as best as they can. Very kind and friendly.

I like the idea of ice cream creations on a cold stone and the taste however the service and lack of restrooms is not pleasing. The staff appears to be overwhelmed and constantly run out of products. The lines are way too long

I mean it is Coldstone street all do the ice-cream is magnificent. Sadly the staff want do friendly and they were a tad slow. It was busy but the counter staff acted like they were being bothered by making your "creation"

They have sooooo many options of ice cream flavors and their signature cones are bursting with flavor. The birthday cakes are all delicious and without a doubt better than most other ice cream places, including Carvel.

very good ice cream but it is almost ALWAYS closed it usually open on the weekends but never open weekdays except once in a while. If it depends on the workers mood to open up or not there should be new employees

The place is understaffed and the line is out the door at any time of the day. There are two employees working and cannot accommodate for the heavy flow of traffic. Otherwise the place is great.

Great selection of icecream, shakes and icecream cakes. This place is very crowded on weekends and movie nights, so line is moving extremely slow.
