Now called El Toro. When we went none of the staff spoke English, but were a good sport about our terrible Spanish. Food was good, but not amazing. If you speak any Spanish at all, this is probably your best bet after the zoo before you get on the train.

Best and most authentic Mexican spot on the area, delivery guy is always super nice and on point. Service on the restaurant is pretty decent. Food is always AMAZING.
