I ordered 1 meal and a kids meal. The cashier tried to charge me $16.?? - I asked how could that be? She asked another cashier for help who insisted that was correct. I was polite and kept calm the entire time. I tried to explain that 6.49 and 3.99 did not add up to over $16.00. The second cashier got nasty and called over the manager saying "this lady is giving them us a problem"...OMG - anyway, the manager fixed it - never explained it to the two cashiers - and never apologized. Then as my young child and I sat there they were bad mouthing me the entire time as well as several people at the drive through - NEVER AGAIN - I couldnt trust the food from what I heard them saying.

First time in this Burger King today and it will be my last. Dirty, food was only warm, and dried out. It was lunch time, I expected the food to be fresh and hot. There was a large ground hog feasting on spilled French fries in the front parking space,. I had to move parking spaces to avoid it. I reported it to the manager and his reply was "yes we have many animals out there including 3 bears in the back". Once and done for this location.

I have been going there for over 15 years I have learned to always go inside if I want my order correct. None of the employees seem like they want to be there and never say thank you come again. Well today was the last straw for me I asked for 2 honey mustards and was told I would have to pay for them. Are you kidding me!!!!! I will now go out of my way to go to Wendeys in Jefferson or Mc Donalds and will never go back to BK in Sparta....

They have the worst manager I have ever come across in the time I have worked in the "Fast Food" business.My Uncle works for corporate,They will be 5 stars in soon. I dont work at Burger King and Have not since I was 15.Hopefully the management will be correct in a week or so.The store has some great workers.The management choices are very poor as of July 5, 2017 as I have experienced.

Ive been going here for over ten years since its the only drive-through fast food place in sparta. The food is terrible compared to other burger kings Ive been to and service is pretty horrible too. The employees always seem annoyed that youre making them work. If you must have burger King, try the one in Newton or Franklin. Its honestly worth the drive to avoid this place.

worst experience of my life what was wrong french fries were undercooked put cheese on my fish sandwich when I said none had no coffee Id misshapes had no milkshakes had no Parmesan sauce for the chicken what else was wrong the food was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted on the sandwiches

I went there for a burger ar 9 at night and everyone was sitting around playing on there phones and we asked if we can order and they said in a minute and they never took our order so i just left big thumbs down and will never eat there ever again.go to newton or franklin.

I have stopped going to this burger king. Everything I have been here they either forget part of my order, or they get it wrong completely. A few times the food was cold, but the last time my husband had a long grey hair inside his hot dog. Never again

Real good place, one of the fastest in getting your food. Ofcourse no one is perfect, but you do get those costumers that want things perfect, in which it does not exist and they just give burger king a bad rating.

I love Burger King! Though sometimes food is overcooked sometimes, it still good!!! :] NOTE TO THE OTHER RATES: The food is never cold and the service is good. I suppose McDonalds is better? They suck!!
