When I walked in, the hosts walked to the back without saying a word. I thought that was weird. She came back a minute later and asked if I was here to pick up. I asked to be seated and thought nothing of it at 1st. I figured it was a cultural barrier... but then some white customers came in and all of them treated them like they were kings. The menu did look good but I couldnt bring myself to spend money where I didnt feel welcomed so i walked out. Wild Ginger (next door) was the complete opposite.

Salmon avocado sushi was good but small, not worth the $6.50 and gyoza was only ok. I spent $20 including tip but I dont think I got my moneys worth considering I was just trying to hit that $10 minimum. But, my local sushi joint is closed on Monday which is the day I am most likely to want sushi and be back from work on time to get it. The place has a good vibe so I might come back.

There is new management, it had been more than year since we were there. We had the Sashimi (tuna, yellowtail and white tuna) it was fresh and presened well and tasted very good. We also had two house rolls that were also excellent. We will absolutely return.

Went on a random night and could not be more happy that we did. The sushi wasso delicious and fresh. We absolutely loved their special rolls. They also custom make them wrapped in cucumber- so good! New hot spot for us.

Great food. Perfect atmosphere for date night, very cosy. Host wears traditional Japanese Kimono. There is a wait thought, this place is awesome so I recommend you call in advance and make a reservation.

I am a big sushi lover. I have tried many varieties of sushi. I can say that Ichiban has one the best sushi I have ever tried. The fish is very fresh and the sushi rolls is just THE BEST.

Some of the most delicious sushi and Japanese food in the area, rivaling even restaurants in Somerville. Atmosphere is nice and clean. Only downside is very slow service.

Ordered an appetizer it had 7 pieces terrible service salad dressing watered down hands down one of the worst restaurants ever rather be eating pizza

First time here. Just had the appetizer tempura shrimp and vegetables. It was very good. Will try the sushi next time. On weekends its 50% off.

Worst Teriyaki chicken I ever had. I would not even call it a teriyaki sauce. It was a watery sauce with vegetables.

Dont eat here. Their rice tests like sushi and if you try to get your money back they will not do it.
