Yesterday the company I work for placed on online order to be picked up at 11:45. I go to pick up the order and get there at 11:45 and its supposed to be on a shelf set aside for online orders and its not there. Not a big deal at all, its really busy in there I dont mind waiting seeing as how I am technically still on the clock. 10 minutes go by and nothing so I wait on their long line and say Ive been waiting for an order which was supposed to be picked up at 11:45. Dumbfounded young male employee says its on the shelf.. I say no its not Ive been waiting for 10 minutes. His response, well are you sure youre at the right Panera? Genius! No I am at the right Panera seeing as how we have ordered here before. Dumbfounded employee mumbles something and says Ill be right back. Then some bald guy says whats the order name, yadda yadda. (OT: I dont mean bald in any negative sense because lets face it, bald is beautiful. I just mean that he shaved his head so I will call him "bald guy") Anyway. I tell him the name he scrambles around. Dumbfounded employee number one says it will be ready in just a few minutes. So now I have the idea in my head that maybe they didnt start the order. Hmm. I go back to my depressing waiting spot by the empty shelf and notice a bag on their counter that has been sitting there the whole time. I didnt think much of it because there was no name on it and honestly how am I supposed to know what order is mine seeing as how I dont work there. Its been a little over 20 minutes when I see bald guy with a piece of paper in his hand and goes to the bag that has been sitting there this whole time and says "miss your order is ready" wow. So I am quite ticked off. I say so my order has been sitting there this whole time? His response "im sorry but its a big order" trying to make it seem like its my fault for ordering over $50 worth of food. "No one labels anything, etc, etc" Why is that my problem? And I say look this is for a whole company so whenever Im late, it looks bad on me. His only response is "sorry" and I say and what is sorry gonna do for me? Normally Im a patient person and dont personally care if food doesnt come out on time. But this a whole company order. That accounting firm that is crazy busy because its tax season and that like to eat at the same time every single day. Your "sorry" doesnt cut it for me. The whole point of ordering online in advance is so that when the pickup time rolls around, you avoid the crazy lines that delicious Panera has to offer on said warm weathered spring afternoon. Really disappointed that it took over 20 minutes for a bag that was sitting on the counter the entire time. And yes my sandwich was cold and employers were not too thrilled that I showed up 25 minutes late with lunch.

I am so impressed with the renovations made at panera. I went to lunch at 12:00 and there was no long line or big wait time. They have plenty of ipads lined up to order and/or they have a few cashiers if you pay in cash. I thought it was very efficient way of doing things. Panera always has big wait times around lunch since it is very popular, but we were helped and given our food for takeout almost immediately I waited approx. 5 minutes. The food still tastes great and the staff were very pleasant and helpful at explaining what we should do the next time to keep things more efficient. Also, while we waited we took a look at all the seating areas and they incorporated more of a homier/hipster yet modern feel. I was very pleased. Im excited to come again. Im always hesitant to go in during rush hour, but this really made me want to come back for lunch again during rush hours.

I ordered the tortilla bowl, and a rhubarb cake, on what was clearly a sub par system, I found out when I was told as I was getting my food, that they dont have the cake, and couldnt refund it, did I want something else. Then I looked at my tortilla bowl, I have attached pictures of the menu screen, and also what I received. To be blunt it was not even close to $9.50 worth of food at a fast food place. The reason for the second star is because of the server, she is a real gem! She went out of her way to be friendly and even check the order after I was clearly disappointed. I appreciate that a lot, but this will be my last Panera trip for quite a while.

I love panera the workers and management here arent as attentive to things as id hoped they would be. while eating my lunch I noticed a boy outside by himself and he was by himself outside for 10 minutes. I told employees and they told me they would tell management. 10 minutes passed and nothing had happened so I got up and asked the kid myself. he told me he was okay but he is continuously sitting outside on his phone confused. management did absolutely nothing and Im disgraced. if this kid was lost they did absolutely nothing

This is a terrific place with indoor and outdoor seating, efficient service -- even with long lines, tasty food and a well trained staff. I actually get the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich all the time (a favorite) and have never had the unfortunate experiences described below. Its a great place to sit and people watch, too -- many families as well as young moms, small business meetings, little study groups, etc. The manager keeps things clean and welcoming. A true "town center" in a strip mall setting; something to be valued!

I visit this place often and the staff at this location are great and very helpful. This is nice to relax and catch with friends, have your morning coffee and breakfast and browse on the morning news especially on Sundays or opt to have lunch or brunch with your friends and family. The manager at this location is great and very patient and courteous both on the phone and in person. Overall this is a great place for catering or just visiting for a nice brunch or lunch or an evening coffee.

Great Location with a great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive for a Panera. Quality of food relative to other Paneras I have visited is better than average. The big draw is the aesthetic. This Panera is better for people to come and work than any of the Starbucks I have been to in the area. They have kiosk ordering so that you can cut the line or avoid human interaction if that is your thing. All in this is certainly the Cadillac of Paneras with all the bells and whistles.

This location was recently renovated and it looks so great - kind of a retro bakery vibe but also modern with kiosks for self ordering. The employees are super friendly and nice also - never had bad service here. Food of course is fresh and yummy. We frequent Panera often and this one is now becoming a favorite. The plaza where its located has a lot of other stores like Target and Wegmans and so its in a great place to stop and get a quick bite in between errands.
