Usually my experience with Bubbakoos is pretty good. I order from the app on the phone or go through the drive thru and the food is prepared well and at a decent rate. I usually tip very well, sometimes 10 or 20 dollars on a 20 dollar meal, because I once worked at McDonalds and know what its like to prepare food for a lot of people daily. Today, I went through the drive thru again and no one answered. I waited a couple minutes and no one answered still. I waited about five minutes and then still got no answer. I saw no one with headsets on through the window and thought maybe they forgot to turn it on or something. So I decided to come into the store. There were five girls working and one guy. I went in line and there were a couple people ahead of me. Then I noticed that the soda fountain area was out of service with a hand-written sign on it. The guy, without doing anything, walked over to it, looked around, and then took off the sign and brought it into the kitchen. I thought it odd since there were other customers there. He then said something to the girls that "someone" was coming in, and they all got excited. I thought maybe the owners were coming in. So I waited patiently in line until what looked like a father and a son came in, and the girls all said hi in a cheerful voice. Hmmm...they didnt do that to me or the guy in front of me when I came in, but I didnt care. I just wanted to order my food and bring it home. The guy in front of me had a big order, so it took about 10-15 minutes for his order to finish. Then it came my turn...or so I thought. Instead of asking the next person in line their order, which was me, they asked the guy and his son behind me. Now I thought this was odd, and waited, and the girl helping them looked over at me, didnt say a word, and then continued with the people behind me. So I left.

Negative 5 stars, had to give it a one only way it would let me post. Horrible! Quality of food poor, white rice? If I wanted Chinese I would've gone there instead please do not insult your customers, staffs knowledge of menu non-existent. Ordered a burrito girl asked what I want in it, and then asked what toppings I wanted, she then sais that its on it, and I asked her is it on it or on it, and she said same thing.... I told her I wanted a smothered burrito Nd made it very cleat what I wanted in it, and what "toppings" I wanted it smothered with. I picked it up , drove home and the packaging leaked all over my car through the paper bag,, horrible mess. I opened what I had ordered and it wasn't what I asked for as it wasn't smothered no toppings non of the lettuce cheese salsa etc. I ordered and was assured I was getting were there..... Jersey Mike's aka Mike Subs should stick to making subs,and leave the burrittos to someone that knows what they're doing....never again... Don't waste your time or money going here!

We ordered online and had a few minor issues with the order. One of the issues we found to be our fault. I called and spoke to Gerry. He apologized several times and without any hesitation said he would remake them and deliver the items in question. Had it not been for my wifes food allergy we would not even had called thats how minor the issues were with the order. He called me back to make sure everything was right about the order. Then, made a follow up phone call after the 2nd delivery was made. I have never dealt with such a friendly and professional person in the restaurant industry. Obviously, Gerry has been doing this for a while because he has mastered his craft. The young man who delivered our food the second time was extremely nice an professional as well. Both orders were very fast too. I really can not say enough. The food is delicious and our experience a was fantastic. First time ordering from this Bubbakoos in Point Pleasesnt but they have a customer for life thanks to Gerry and the crew.

If you call they give you a bit of an attitude if you take to long to decide what you want. When you go and order they give the same snarky attitude at you. I ordered mahi mahi and they said it would take long to make with a bad attitude. Just my opinion.

I LOVE! Bubbakoos, it is by far the best mexican food chain Ive ever been to and Ive become a regular customer over the past few years due to their high quality food and great service, if youre ever looking for some good mexican food come here.

The food is good but three complaints. 1. they use white rice.. Get some yellow rice. 2. Onions are bermuda, they are for salads not for cooking and fajitas 3. $2 for chips just throw some in with my $7 dollar burrito.
