I feel bad for you Hamilton people because, you must not know quality when it comes to restaurants. I call up & the man puts me on hold for 10 minutes while I hear him on the other line answering the phone & taking another persons order who called after me. Than when he finally answers he rushes me on my order. So I ask to pay extra for cashew nuts on my order & the man gets an attitude & responds "if its not listed that way on the menu were not making it." I have never ran into this problem at any Chinese restaurant especially when I dont mind paying the extra $2.00. So that either says they dont value their customers, their food is prefrozen in baggies & not fresh or theyre just lazy. Which it seemed like to me is all of the above! Let alone the man gave me a problem for also offering to order the fried rice & egg roll separate to make it like a combination platter. I dont know how this restaurant got 4 Stars because right off the bat the customer service was atrocious but if you want a 5 star Chinese restaurant try number 1 China in ewing they deliver to Hamilton thanks!

Ive ordered from China Boys and one other place in Hamilton regularly for several years. China Boys always delivers everything that I order, they dont forget things like other places. Their food is consistently good. Just got my order after leaving this. They forgot the fortune cookies. Seriously.
