The place is clean and most of the workers are nice. They are quick and the food is delicious BUT I would not order over the phone if I were you. If you do not know how to use the online order or prefer to call in orders, lets hope you do not get the Manager (Christine or Christina). I ordered over the phone because I was running late and when I told her I was ordering to pick up she sighed kept me on hold for about 6mins or so and after placing the order she stated, in the most sarcastic tone - you know you can do this online. She made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her. I was already outside when I finished placing my order (no foul language or yelling, just civil - you dont get anywhere by lowering to their level) and walked in to crickets not even busy. I was so uncomfortable and nervous that they were going to spit on my food/drink. She could careless about it, did not apologize or stated there was a misunderstanding - NOTHING. Why care when your the Manager. SMH

I was here for the first time service sucks they put all my food in A small bag I ask for A bigger bag and new bag she just threw the food in the bag with attitude like seriously wtf bad service and also the lemonade taste really sour I would never come here again I am going back to Clifton or Wayne also I was trying to get my drink the guy cleaning didnt say excuse me no respect at all I also saw employees not wash there hands after they finished cleaning they dont call by the name neither just put your food there worst experience ever all these employees should get fired because they take customer as a joke also talking while making food so disgusting I been in the food business for A while and thats not how you treat customers straight dump peace out bad employees....

I ordered online to pick up. When I got there, they did not prepare my order due to there order error or something. I ordered 10 different orders which I waited there more than 15mins. And they almost charged me again by insisting to ask my credit card which I paid in online order. Pretty upset but a person behind was furious, her order was 20 and they did same mistake not preparing order. In fact, I was disgusted by the sandwich I ordered, was steak sandwich but they put mayonnaise chicken and steak and just smashed bread. and soup wasnt what I ordered. The staffs all need to be fired or replaced. This gives really bad reviews and thought of panera bread.

The food was exquisite and I always enjoy my meals from panera. The food is always made well and it arrives quick when you order from their touch screen kiosks depending on how many people are being served. My favorite order is usually the Mediterranean veggie sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup, but tomato soup is coming to a close second. I love that this panera has an array of seating with arm chairs by the windows and a fireplace centered in the middle of the restaurant. The combination of the cozy atmosphere along with the delicious foods makes this place as well as other paneras a home away from home type of feeling.

I just ordered a Turkey and avocado blt. There was not one piece of avocado on it, also the "chips" that were listed on the receipt must have been stolen out of the bag mid walk to the car by the same goblin that stole my avocado! My only complaint is that no-one is spraying the parking lot for these goblins. When i tried to call a manager to speak to them to inform them of my concern ( about said goblins stealing food) they suggested that i call Back another time. Hopefully they were busy scouring the parking lot

We get old bread today. I told to lady working there about this and she totally ignored me and said what do you want now,other sandwich? in mean voice. Other Employees instead of taking care of customers or keep better service were busy on the facebook.. I was there not first time, but today was my last time there. It is ashamed for panera Bread chains to have this on where sell old,hard bread and this terrible service!

I always like coming to Panera but today I had an incredible experience with the manager. I believe her name was Nia or Mia, and she went out of her way to help me find a table with my 2 year old, and another girl wearing a Hijab (Im so sorry I forget her name too - maybe Nasdaa or something like that) she checked up on us twice held the door open for us on the way out. I was VERY impressed today.

everything is made to perfection here ! even the soups !!! if ur ever wondering how something is supposed to taste ; go to panera bread and they will show u !! I can eat here every single day if it were a bit cheaper . I wake up thinking about panera bread . Im obsessed and fat ! lol

Not a good variety of veggies for their salads. Difficult to find truly healthy options as even the Kalamata olives have added sugar in them. Sneak af. Manager was rude. Wont bother to come here again unless Im starving and literally have nowhere else to go.

As soon as you walk in, there is no one in the front to take your order. Mind you there was only one order ahead of me, so it wasnt busy at all. All the workers were preparing 1 order ? I waited 10 min before using the kiosk. Terrible service when I went.

Clean, quick and uses new computer technology so its easier to make more informed decisions on nutrition or price without having to hold up a cashiers time. I havent been to Panera in quite some time but coming back the food was as good as ever.

Going there since they open like Mediterranean Sandwiches off course smoothies and if you are rewards members you have surprise waiting for you specially on your birthday month place was nice clean and always busy with lot of people

I use to love panera, but for a while I realized that the area for a customer is very dirty. Bread crust and the left over of food you can find all over the place. Do not make you feel good there. They could clean sometimes.

I got a bowl of pasta and it was cold in the middle. How hard is it to microwave pre-made food. Panera really seems like they have sacrificed the quality of their food for a more streamlined "fast food" type of structure.

I really love their Hazelnut coffee here. The workers here are always helpful. I wish they offered breakfast later in the day but other than that its great. WiFi is a plus too

Its Panera. Overpriced food but good. You dont go to Panera for the cheap, you go for the atmosphere and wifi. And we REALLY like their baguette. buy a couple a week.

Overall great experience. Love the food and people who work there. A small suggestion about the butter...prefer a creamier butter such as Kerrygold Irish butter.
