The server started the night off with an attitude and a face like he was sucking lemons. He dropped off our drinks and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. We were seated at a long table that was divided by a table top divider of sorts. The table on the other side of the divider was filthy as was the silverware that was there for our use. The plates that we were given for our appetizers were filthy and when we asked for new silverware we were told that they were water spots (Water spots are NOT green and white.) The new silverware we were given was not much better so I used an antibacterial wipe to clean everyones forks. The food was just ok. The portions were on the smaller side for the price youd expect a bit more. My table had the rattlesnake pasta, the honey crisp chicken, the burger, and the mac & cheese. The breadsticks were flavorless, the mac & cheese was drowned in these weird burnt crumbs, all in all very bland. Once our food was delivered we never saw our waiter again, we had to actually grab another waitress to get our bill. Needless to say, we wont be going back here. I suggest the Chipotle right in the same strip mall, better food & better prices!

I was so angry with the service and the food. I wanted to try Uno Pizzeria and Grill because i never been there before but, boy did I regret my decision. If I am not mistaken they are known for there great pizza and it was just poorly done and tasted like my four year old made the pizza it was nasty. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets and it tasted like the Tyson frozen Chicken nuggets bag that they sell in the supermarket. It tasted like the chicken was freezer burned what a waste of money to me. They took long on brining out my nephews pizza and we where almost done eating by the time they came to bring his food. I even had to walk up to the Bar to try to pay my bill cause noone was coming over. I also told them that i did not enjoy the food at all and there response was " Ohh but everyone else likes it," NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is AWESOME!! the servers are good listeners in bringing you exactly what you ordered and even better. The managers are on top of their game, especially the kind and professional manager named KIM.. Kim you absolutely rock, making my husbands and myself a return experience simply awesome and priceless. I will definately return to your restaurant because of the manner in which you attended to our situation and made our experience one to return. I wish theyd hire more managers and train other managers in my area with the hospitable service and personality you present with. I truly am happy to have visited this place and I will recommend this place to friends and family without any reservations. Thanks to an awesome manager again, KIM.. you deserve 10 stars if ever !

Didnt even drive there. Called to ask if they are open only to get a weird walk around about the weather being a concern and the fact they dont know if they will be open in 20 min (I called around 9pm!!!!) they said they might close due to a storm warning!!!! The storm was already over a few hours ago and for the love of god! The weather is almost as predictable as the lazy answer you guys provided! Just say you dont want to work and close the branch! Dont make people drive there just to find out you didnt feel like serving because you want to get home early!

Service not good. Sat in the bar area, waiter(bartender) took forever to wait on us. By the time we ordered, took about 20-25mins to get appetizer (wings)the sesame teriyaki, food tasted as if they unfroze it and served not good at all. We both shared the chicken spinocollo, again as if it were frozen and they just armed it up. Sweet patatoe fries very bland and plain and roasted vegetables were ok. I would come back again. Not worth it. Paid $34 total and could have gone somewhere else for a lot better quality. Sorry but I wouldnt recommend it.

I was not to fond of the pizza. The chicago style the sauce was tasteless. I did however like the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The buffalo wings were really good too my husband like them. The atmosphere of the restaurant made me think of pizza hut. To make 8 wings it took half an hour that we did not like and right after the food came out. Overall the food not so great the atmosphere was like pizza hut my husband described it as dominoes pizza but not as good. I will try it again because first impressions are not always what they seem.

Nice ambiance, great for sports fans as well as for family gatherings. Service is excellent thru digitized ordering system right on the table with a staff ready to assist those not familiar with that little Android, iPad type of touch system. Food is great especially the pasta and pizza. Check can be paid right that mini tablet by sliding ones credit/debit card that gives you confidence that your personal info is not compromised. Would recommend this place to for a hearty meal.

Ive enjoyed Uno Chicago Grill when it first came to this area and I have been there a few times. Although the food is good, I only have an issue with the cost. It is priced higher than it should be for the kind of food you get. The pizza options are eclectic and not a typical pizzeria, but still shouldnt be over 20 dollars. In any event, definitely try out the food, you will not be disappointed. The restaurant is also clean and in a good area with lots of parking.

This is a nice dine in pizzeria if you have a craving for Chicago style deep dish. If you dont, there are plenty of other options on the menu and great specials. The atmosphere is causal and laid back. The patio/outside seating is small but nice. As for food Ive tried many different things on the menu and for a chain restaurant Ive never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive in all areas of the restaurant. Great easy going place, keep up the good work!

Had a huge craving for deep dish pizza, this place surprisingly delivered! Theres something about the Unos here that puts the ones in Manhattan to shame. One thing Id probably improve is those mini tablets/kiosks on each table. Its too easy for a toddler to buy apps on there ($1.99 for the full time youre at your table), so we kept it away from him. It might be more useful to be able to buy drinks on there (its blocked on that app).

Rude, unapologetic, and management, they came back six times to take our order and they still charged us the wrong items! We were waiting for over an hour for a check and when asked to compensate they removed alcohol from a friends check but I was still charged for items I didnt order! It took 3 managers to "fix" it and they ended up blaming everything on our poor waitress who had no part in the issue. Rude.

So we dined there yesterday. We sat out and our server was Anthony, He is a little kid and was RUSHING us through out the meal. We felt like the restaurant is about to close. Food was horrible. I am not sure if this was the location or the taste of the food change in Uno? Will never NEVER return there. DISGUSTING. Who hires these kind of KID? the person who hired him must be stupid and dumb.
