Ive been going to rail city sence i was 21 now pushing 46 these last two years you guys had been a dive everything has change your machines are tighter your new restraunt sucks. The staff in the ale house is horible i seen the the waitres and cook laugh and made fun of a un happy customer. Now i know why people are starting to go to western village.your new point system sucks. You guys are cutting corners your security are idiots there rude and dont do there jobs.when there a person sitting outside in front of your building you tell them to leave but when sombofy gets robb in front of your casino you guys dont do nothing i will put the word out that you guys are bad casino people if you want good food happy and friendly staff and wining machines western village is way better to go

Awesome locals experience at this Sparks staple. Would be five stars if they upgraded the ventilation system to Western Villages equipment level, but the Ale House is a fantastic deal with great quality food. Good specials during games, and competent staff.

From couple months ago. Was the best breakfast we had! I wasnt there to play, but to eat, with the family. There is a choice of open buffet or individual, and we had both. Only thing that bugs us is smoke, but there wasnt too much where we sat.

I did not have a good experience at the rail city cafe I was very disappointed with the menu, service was ok at the best i dont know if there has been a management or ownership change but I dont think we will be going back any time soon!

this has got to be the WORSTbuffet place in reno nevada, customer service in the buffet is HORRIBLE i would even go back to that place if they give me free dinner never believe me its the worst restaurant in reno beware

Two Restaurants and a Dimly-Light Casino right off the Freeway. Parking is hectic, Ive seen multiple people hit as they reverse out of parking spaces.

Local place. A little on the smoky side in parts of the casino. The City Café is ok and the Ale House is pretty good. Everyone loves t-bone Tuesday.
