WORST customer service ever!!!! I came in and asked for a birthday cake. She showed me a plain red velvet cake and I said okay and paid with my debit card. I asked her to write "Happy Birthday" on it and she told me they didnt have the stuff to write on it!!! This is a custom bakery! Was I on the moon? I asked for my money back then she told me they couldnt credit my account and refused to give me cash out of the till! Then she had the nerve to tell me it was all my fault for waiting till the last minute to buy a cake. She said the owner was the only person who could refund my money and that she would do it at the end of the day. Five days passed and nothing was credited to my account. I returned and the owner told me that it had been refunded. When I offered to show her the account details on my mobile banking app she said she had to check her account. Low and behold, she had not refunded my money, what a surprise! She asked for my card and processed a refund. If these people bake and cook like they run a business, I recommend you go somewhere else. No apology, no sorry you had to make a 16 mile trip for nothing but bad service.

Came in with my husband while our car was getting services across the street. From the moment we walked in the lady greeted us, right away brought our drinks. Food was absolutely delicious, sourdough bread was to die for and the croissant my husband had was the best. I could tell by the presentation of our plates that they are made with love. Not to mention how sweet and kind the woman who works there is, I decided last minute to change my order, like most other places I thought I was going to get rude attitude. But I was wrong, with a genuine smile she changed it. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be coming back for coffee dates with my husband.

First time in today and my 2 kids and I were very disappointed. Everything looks beautiful and yummy but has no flavor. Red velvet was dry and frosting had a very strange texture and flavor. Tiramisu in the cup was dry and no flavor. Blueberry cheesecake the same. I guess this was the perfect example of beautiful pastry appearance but disappointing to taste. Each one is $4.95 so my $15 was just thrown away :-(

Amazing place for a treat and all the staff is super friendly and very helpful! Also they have great cooking classes that you can take. Its a great place!!! I go 4-5 times a week. coffee is great, soups are awesome, sandwiches are also a major hit, the sweets are to die for....I can say honestly I just wish there was more bakeries like this one!

Great food. The space is super cramped. I liked the chocolate and plain croissant and the bread pudding. oh the bread pudding had so much fresh fruit . The line was out to the door by mid-morning. I got a morning bun to go which I really didnt like, it was bland and really oily.

Everything is awesome!! Chocolate And Spice Bakery is my regular. I love the strawberry cake, that is cute and yummy. For breakfast, I like the sponge cake and tuna bun. Price is reasonable. Customer service is great too!! You can not miss it

Used to be very good but it was recently sold. I cannot long recommend this place. Worst chocolate "croissant" (in reality a pain au chocolate) I have ever had in my entire life.
