Stopped in Omaha on the way to Denver. The billboard that advertises a steak $9.99 is just a ruse to get you to stop, as it is nowhere to be found on the menu. I had a steak, at the price of $13.99 it came with salad bar and choice of a side. I asked for a loaded baked potato. With my meal came my check, which whenever this happens, it makes me feel unwelcome to order anything else. My steak waa mostly overcooked as it was not cut evenly, grainy and dry. The salad plates that my wife and I were done with stacked and with her used tea bags and lemon wedges remained on the table for the duration of our meal. I noticed that I was charged extra for the bacon and cheese on our potatoes, at any other restaurant the waitress will let you know of any extra charge, not here. After this visit, Sapp bros has taken its place next to cracker barrel, love the store but never again will I eat at one.

Sapp Bros. is a decent place to stop when youre on-the-road. This travel plaza has everything you need - bathrooms, a restaurant, inexpensive gasoline, convenience food items, and more. We stopped on a road trip to Colorado and were pleased with what they offered, the price of the gasoline, and the service we received. They also offer all the services (and diesel fuel) that an on-the-road trucker would need. Coffee? They have it. Food? They have it. Fuel? They have it. When we were here during the summer, there was even a mobile chapel parked nearby for truckers to utilize.

Nice place. Friendly staff, vape shop upstairs. Showers, laundry and food available. Truckers lounge. Parking could be better though, if youre having trouble finding a spot, try the little hotel up the road. Long walk from there I know, but if your clock is running down you gotta take what you can get. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow, the portions were a little small for me, but the food was decent, and the coffee was fresh.

Sapp Bros Service, pretty much a rip off, To fix wiper fluid sprayer, They tell my pump is working $45, mechanical labor $90 T-fitting $4.99 Mechanical heat labor $25 outside in town delivery $10 Shopsupplies $15.79. Total $190.78 Probably i would be ok, went back on the read and wiper sprayer isnt working and is not T-fitting instaled.I will never go back there, What a joke.

Im sick of restaurants not providing at least a couple napkins at the table besides the one wrapped around the utensils. Do these restaurants really think nobody wipes their hands, or that grown adults prefer to wipe them on their pants or shirt? It doesnt cut it to have to ask every single time you dine out. I need them every time. Tired of this crap. Give me a break.

Bad experience its not that they ripped me off 15$ for a shower that all of a sudden turned from hot to cold and never got back, I had to take a cold shower in the middle of the winter for crying out loud, the lady at the desk was kind enough to even not do a refund at least. verdict: at SAPP BROTHERS customer service Sucks

Great stop for travelers or for locals. Theres a subway inside and car and truck gas station surrounding. The cafe has great food, too and a nice pick of vintage or newer wares. My family and I come up here for kicks and we are always impressed.

Sapp Bros rocks! Aside from the wonderful food and service , I left my Nook in the Cafe - it was still there (when I called from 400 miles away) and the staff shipped it back home to me! I love this place :)

Love their food, anazing experience. But you need to update your store hours online since we arrived when they where closed at 11! It says your 24 hour but the employees say different.

First time I had there steak n eggs. Yummy. Im not much a steak dude but was in the mood. I wasnt disappointed. I, actually, never had a bad meal at any one of the sapps.
