I GIVE THIS LOCATION NO STARS!!! I FILED AN COMPLAINT BECAUSE THE TWO SUBS I ORDER ON 12/5/14 WERE TERRIBLE. I ORDERED TWO 8INCH SUBS. ONE TURKEY ON WHEAT AND SECOND CHICKEN ON WHEAT. THE SUBS BARELY HAD ANY MEAT ON THEM , TASTE LIKE ALL BREAD!! MY WIFE ATE THE CHICKEN SUB AND SHE SAID IT TASTE LIKE BUTTER, THE TOMATOS WERE NOT RIPPED AND LETTUCE NOT FRESH. MY TURKEY SUB HAD BARELY NO TURKEY AND CUCUMBER WERE SOGGY. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS VISIT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING AT MR. GOODCENTS!!! AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST!!! ON TOP OF THIS , THE CASHIER TRIED TO CHEAT ME, BY GIVING ME INCORRECT CHANGE BACK.. I LEFT THE STORE GOT IN MY CAR AND I HAD TO RETURN BACK IN TO GET MY CORRECT CHANGE.. $10.00 WOW THE OWNER CALLED MY WIFE AND HUNG UP ON HER!! SAYING WHY DID WE MAKE AN COMPLAINT ON HIM? HE DIDNT LISTEN TO HER , HE JUST HUNG UP. WOW!!! I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME!!! NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING I HAVE TO SAY. IM THE CUSTOMER.. WHY DID HE CALL ME ? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE , THE OWNER DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!!!!! JUST HOW MUCH MONEY HE MAKES!!! NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! I WILL CALL CORPORATE MONDAY 12/8/14.. IM SURE THE CORPORATE DONT WANT THE OWNER T.O TREAT CUSTOMER THIS WAY.. SHAME ON YOU OWNER!!!! I WILL PAST THIS TREATMENT TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!!

I worked for this store for almost a year. I see that there is a sexual harassment complaint here and it doesnt surprise me in the least. He used to give his female employees, teenagers at that, liquor on the job then try to get into their pants. He most definitely rips of all of his customers, as to why I quit working there. Ive seen, on a multitude of occasions, where hes deliberately overcharged customers because the store was closed for a holiday. I was witness to him staging his own break in to get more money from insurance. The owner is a dirty slimeball that shouldnt be allowed to run a company in the U.S. I even went as far as contacting franchise, many times, only for them to do nothing about what he was doing to his female employees and the customers. Its apparent that they dont care about their store. Sucks to suck.

The bread is dry and crusty & was falling apart because of how dry it was. They skimp on cheese and veggies(I dont get meat). Just very cheap people. You just have to hope if you go in you get one of the ladies that work there to make the sandwich because the owner or manager thats there will give you as little as possible on the sandwich & flirt with you non-stop if youre female. I love goodcents but NOT THIS ONE! They are individually owned so they dont all suck as bad as this one. I wish I could attach photos of this bread to the review! I took pictures lol its that bad!! Im so sad this is the goodcents close to my work and house:( The one in Raytown is awesome!

I was reading the review that were written to slander this owner just because he is Indian and doesnt speak perfect English. My Family and I have always come into this Sub shop to receive excellent friendly service. Some my interpret his friendliness to be flirting which is not the case. Everyone needs to be tolerant and educate them self about other cultures and learn not to judge other as you will be judged one day.

No unsweetened tea, refusal to make another batch after worker was informed they were out. No spoons or forks! Ordered a pasta to eat in house and was told Id have to take it to go, no spoon or fork at establishment. My fork came from the local Sonic!! 3 workers in house, only 1 working. Other 2 stared and glared when I asked about tea & utensils.. Garlic bread was NOT toasted...

I live about a mile away from this place. They are not open the hours indicated on the web nor the hours posted on the store face. I have given them 3 chances to "fix" situations that they messed up on with my orders and three times they did not.....so I will not purchase anything more from this location what so ever.

Worst Mr. Goodcents ever! Bread was dry, pepperoni on my sandwich still had the casing on it. Service was slow and terrible. My 6" sandwich was not the correct size. The cashier seemed to not care at all that I was standing at the counter and I had to ask to pay for my sandwich and ask for my change back.

Waste of time and money was told 45 min for delivery called at 11:30 food showed up at 12:45 ordered a cookie and got what looked like cookie dough asked for double meat on sub looks like it was just the normal amount they used to be good not now sorry not going back.

$5 footlong is only basic subs,which is fine till u see all the other options! Has wifi. Love the really nice girls working there. Bread is a joke compared to Subway or Jimmy Johns, though. Skinnier & not as many choices. But lots of good looking sandwich choices.

If you like subs this is the better version of Subway. A slight increase in price but so worth it for the increase of food quality. Staff is helpful also! Even though it was someone new they got me moving along quickly

This is the worst Goodcents I have ever been to. They are not putting the correct amount of meat and cheese on the sandwiches and the bread is dry and grainy. Do yourself a favor, dont eat here.

Worst Mr. Goodcents Ever! Ripped me off overcharged me and refused my money back. Barely speak english and are very rude. I wouldnt trust buying a coke from these guys.
