Ill first mention that you can pay no attention to my rating because my comment is to shed some light on behalf of this restaurant because it is a personal one to me. If you dont like the food, thats fine. If you like the food, thats great. It is a no frills place but that is to be expected at a mom and pops. Like any establishment, not everyone can be happy. If you only care about how good or not the food is, Ill start with that first. If they kept the same recipe, at least have their fried chicken wings. St. Paul Sandwich was invented in St. Louis-- not from St. Paul so enjoy a fried omelet slapped between two pieces of white bread. Those are a few of my recommendations.... Now the personal insight that will hopefully bring some perspective to your experience at a "hole in the wall." What is there not to like about a hole in the wall? It is the essence of a family trying to make an honest living like everyone else so that they can live a decent life. Why would I know? Because that was my parents hope and sacrifice when they owned that same restaurant for 30 years. In fact, if youre a regular there prior to 2009, you probably know who I am. I cannot represent the next generations practices or any alterations theyve made since my parents passed on the business, but I can say that if anything support your local family-owned business including this one instead of a chain. Get to know them....slowly but surely you might learn something about them and vice versa. I know I learned a lot from the community and the struggles they go through as well.

I love this place I have been going there for about 20 years and it has never disappointed me! You get a lot of food for your money and I always tell my friends to go there and they end up loving it too. Only flaw is that the boneless chicken is mostly bread not a lot of chicken at all, but all in all great food cant complain

Even though the building was damaged during the Ferguson riots, I can still say I miss this place. My parents live down the road and weve frequented thus restraint for over 25 years. Im hoping they move back in since they are remodeling.

only place i know that charges you 50 cent to use your debit card. also i got a whole order of shrimp fired rice here . ALl the shrimp on top.. will never go here again

Ok most people like this place 4 there 5 dollor boneless chicken its alot but if u open up and look inside the chicken its nun but bread no chicken
