Arrived expecting $2.00 cheeseburger special and $5.00 pitcher of beer! Nope I guess that back by popular demand special was for just that one Wednesday!!!! Hmmm, did not say that!!! False advertising maybe!!!! Anyway, we are here, we are ordering and NO COFFEE, how can an establishment that serves alcohol, not afford the customer coffee!!! So sad, I will not be recommending this place for the fact that the false advertising is bad. I brought 5 friends with me this evening. We were ALL disappointed! All so us are veterans and we do like a good bargain. And a good place to eat. I will add to this post upon the arrival of our food. It had better be worth the trip! Okay received our food, the fries were cold and like rubber! So sad! I ordered the lamb burger, skimpy on the sauce, all the sauces come in packets, what kind of restaurant is this, Burger King??? This was not touted as fast food! Feels like it, although, you wait a long time for your food! We will NOT return!!!,

First visit was a bad one. Ordered a farmhouse burger, buffalo fries and meatloaf sandwich. Fries were good, BUT.....meatloaf sandwich bread was burned and rice in the meatloaf was crunchy and hard. The burger came out with a raw egg on top. Raw to where it was still clear and cold. Sent burger back. When it came back...the patty was tasteless other than the char that completely covered it. Bun was burned and the fried green tomato was gooey. So we spent $26 on gooey burned food. Also never received the fried pickle that supposedly came with the sandwich. Waitress was full of excuses instead of solutions. Very disappointed. But should have known since we were the only ones in there for over an hour, during lunch time.

First I have to give kudos to person who wrote the review ( insert sarcasm )in the sunherald. Im all about supporting our local businesses, but at what expense? The restaurant wasnt busy 3 tables and 2 waitresses not hardly a full house for the first Saturday of cruising the coast. The service was subpar! The food was not what i expected, and 2 out of the 3 burger we ordered were absolutely burnt. (But the fries were good!) The burgers seemed to be 2 halfs put together to make a whole. I have never written a review on anything before today. Im not trying to slam this business, just bringing light to the issues. If there was a comment card available I would have surely filled one out.

I previously gave this restaurant 4 stars following my first visit. However, after several subsequent visits where the orders were incorrect, the food took too long to get to our table and was either over- or under-cooked, and I ended up lunching on apologies, fries and a drink, I have to revise my rating. If you have more than a workday lunch hour for your meal and can allow time for order revisions and corrections, the food is decent and the service is always friendly (but still slow). However, in a downtown work environment where people have only an hour to order, eat, pay for their meals and get back to the office, I cant recommend this restaurant.

The food was really good! The restaurant was a little quiet though, finally turned on some music about halfway through our meal. It was not very busy when we were there, but the service was pretty slow. Overall, good food and good prices
