I normally never have any bad complaints about my food but today was totally different. Like always, I ordered the turkey pastrami. I always asked for my meat to be hot. Today my meat was cold EVEN AFTER the cashier told the cook to make it hot. I heard a microwave go off but I didnt think it had anything to do with my food. Once I got home, I realized my meat was still cold with a hint of heat as if it had tried to be warmed up in a microwave. The meat was so cold that my cheese hadnt even melted. And my portion today was very small compared to previous visits. I dont know if the cook was having an off day or what but my food didnt taste or look the same today. Mind you, I bought two (one for myself and my husband) so my total was $24. This food was definitely NOT worth my $24 and I so wish I hadnt stopped here today. The only good thing was the pickle. I should have known by the way the guy answered the phone and took my order (with a nasty attitude) that I shouldnt have even gone here. But I was hungry and they usually satisfy my hunger. But today, was NOT the day. I dont think I Ill be visiting here for a while...

Im leaving a 1 star only because a negative star is not an option. Let me preface this review with the fact that I love their food. Their customer service, however, sucks. I showed up today, 10 minutes before their posted open time. Mind you, the neon "OPEN" sign was on and flashing. A large gentleman flashed me ten fingers through the window. OK. I went back to my car and patiently waited. After all that time, past 10, doors still locked and nobody in sight. They wasted my time and lost me, my friends and my family as customers. None of them will return. At $12 a sandwich, for witch I was sent to order for many, youd think they would knowledge your presence. No. Not here. Neon "OPEN" sign on. Past 10:00 am, doors still locked, despite their posted hours and a customer waiting. No excuse.

Bit pricey, so if you cant afford it, dont whine about the price. However, it is worth every penny!!! REAL corned beef is not cheap to make... and they make it. fresh. every day. This place is the only real deli left on the east side. Seems to be American owned and operated for a change. They don;t shortt change you on anything. Best sandwich with a pound (or less if you are broke) of fresh hot steaming yummy corned beef on grilled rye or whatever else suits you. FINGER LICKING GOOD!!! And old and new sour dills to die for. We are talking real Jewish dills, like topors. Id give this place 10 stars for food quality and portions if i could.

The food is decent, but you pay extra for every single item put on the sandwich. The deal they offer two sandwiches for $12 still ended up costing about $16, after they charge extra for onion roll and cheese. I went once before and got the sandwich on Rye bread, the edges of the bread was hard so it is best to get the onion roll.

Great corned beef sandwiches. They also had these corned beef egg rolls that were also pretty good too. on Monday thru Wednesday they have excellent specials which we like. They have places all around metro Detroit which makes it convenient also. Great selection of a variety of sandwiches.

The food was decent but i asked for a sample of the potato salad just to make sure i like it so i wont wast my money and dude told me no i mean whats a spoon full of potato salad gone hurt you cause now you just lost a custom smh better luck next time

Very Polite & Fast Service. The Turkey Sandwich doesnt taste the same as I remember it tasting 7 years ago, but the corned beef is still great. I may not buy the Turkey again, but Ill definitely be back for that corned beef and those delicious fries.

Corn beef tasted weird, order was all messed up and I got a horrible batch of burnt fries. This isnt the first last time my egg rolls tasted as it they were made in old grease. Will not be returning and I dont recommend wish I could give no stars

This is absolutely the worst corned beef I have ever tasted. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Do not waste your time or money. I am surprised they are still open. They have totally lost my business!!!!

The food at this location is amazing!. The sandwiches are always fresh and the staff is friendly. I recommend coming here if youre hungry. Its much better than any fast food option. You wont be disappointed!
