I am one of the few that have never visited Panera and I made this known when I placed my order with the pleasant cashier. The cashier took my name and I sat down waiting to hear it be hollered. After 15 mins of waiting I went to see what was up with my order and was told to pick it up at a counter that I had to search for. A coffee was near the food but a customer was beside it also and he told me I had to go back to the cashier to inquire abt my coffee as the kitchen help wouldnt help me, only stare at me. So back I go for the 2nd time with the manager still there and now I am livid as I am on limited time. So I am finally given a cup as it is self serve and they are out of coffee. Back to the manager I go for the 3rd time. The manager finally made things right with me. Seems like they just had a very off day, according to my friends. I will go back and hope the service gets better.

I love the great greeting I receive as I enter Panera Bread on the Grove in Plymouth! One employee is a A+++ rating that gives great service, Alec is a very polite and courteous employee with an extra special caring attitude that should be well awarded as the Best Employee of the Month!...Starchipper☆

Used to go here on a regular basis. Went a couple weeks ago and got my favorite Italian combo and was heart broken. Must have been the last of the cold cuts on my sandwich, little pieces of everything and probably half as much as it should have been. Dont think Ill be going back soon

Im so disappointed, I wish I could give 0 star, I use to eat here every 2 weeks and the 2 items I use to have chipotle chicken and onion soup its out of the menu, plus the $1 cheese pastry if you order the meal its gone, Ill never come back to panera, this is so disrespectful

I paid almost $9 for the large tortellini Alfredo and it looks like they gave me the half size. When I called the said no thats the regular size. This place used to be my favorite not any more gone up on prices and down on quality!!

The cashier and the chefs were friendly and efficient. The food was of very good quality and very tasty. I had the chicken soup and a chicken sandwich with avocado on it. The baguette was crazy good!
