Ordered food before they stop taking delivery orders at 10:30 as stated online on the website. The girl on the phone was nice and took the order right at 10:30 after being on hold for a couple of minutes. It was now 11:30 when I started to wonder where my food was since as a frequent customer I know they are much faster with their deliveries. I gave it until 11:45 to call to double check the delivery was still going to be made. An employee names "Mike" answered the phone and he said no delivery was placed under my name and address. He then asked if I was one of multiple numbers that were the last few orders of the night and I said no. He then tried to tell me I have the girl I ordered with the wrong number when she never asked for my number anyway and he stated I was a certain number that I am not and kept saying I gave her that number which is the first lie of many during our conversation on the phone. After Mike said I had never placed an order, he tried to say sorry theres nothing they can do tonight and kept verbally leading up to hanging up when I wanted to continue the conversation. I gave him the full details of the order and just wanted to know why it wasnt being delivered and he then proceeded to put me on hold for a minute and I could hear his conversation with another employee about recently voided transactions and deliveries. He picked the phone back up and said the delivery driver was at my building and that the driver was directed away and told by someone in front of the building that they had already gone and picked up their food. He also stated that the delivery driver "wouldnt lie"...That was lie number 3 from him already after he re-explained it and the story had changed to how someone at my residence answered the door and said the same thing. I politely kept asking how this could happen at 11:15 at night on a quiet side street in Quincy when all my neighbors are sleeping anyway and I live in a 2 family household( not something like an apartment building, etc.) I asked why I hadnt received a phone call or a knock at my door. Mike said they kept trying for a while at the door. And then left. So the story clearly switches up three times there alone. He started getting very verbal and loud spoken with me and lied to me multiple more times before saying how its almost 12 and that theres nothing that will be done for me and blamed the whole situation on me saying I should learn how to order food and hung up on me... Unsure of his name and curious of the drivers name I called back instantly and he flipped out on me for asking his name and continued to yell at me on the phone when I asked to have a calm conversation for 1 more quick minute to get a name of his manager. He told me I wont call his manager or be able to and then hung up again. Long story short Im excited to call tomorrow and talk to someone in a higher position about this and be sure to mention Mikes name since he rude, verbally abusive, and non accommodating at all.

Its really too bad... we have been loyal Windy City customers for over 3 years now until tonight when we ordered pizza & tenders... The tenders, as usual, were great. But the pizza arrived cold, the cheese already congealed. Weve gotten warm pizza before (were relatively easy going customers) but this was just plain cold, like it had been sitting around for a little while. So we called them to let them know - this would have been our very first complaint - to try to see if we could work something out with them, like possibly getting another pizza (maybe?) ..... big mistake! The manager clearly has an incredibly fragile ego - as he told his employees to tell us that our only options were to either return the pizza for a refund, or "eat it"... his employees were clearly shocked by his attitude and were profusely apologizing to us for his rudeness. And then he came onto the phone and started by yelling at me giving me no room to speak a single word, and insisting all the while that our pizza was supposedly delivered on time within 25 minutes (it was not, it was delivered in 50 minutes - i have screenshots of the phone call to them and from their delivery guy calling when he arrived) and that he didnt care about trying to treat his loyal customers with care. Sad to say, we love their pizza, but we will NEVER EVER be ordering from these a$$holes again.... Sorry Dorchester, but it seems Windy City is run by a bunch of douchebags that dont deserve your custom! Anyone else have any recommendations for good pizza places around these parts we need to find someplace soon, because we order pretty frequently! :)

2 stars, only because the customer service is awful, i went in for a try because Ive heard this place is one of the best around... when i went in there were about 15 workers running around in a tiny kitchen trying to get everything done, the worker was not wearing gloves when he made my subs which grossed me out, and before i ordered i had to wait for the girl at the counter to answer 4 calls before she finally took my order, i thought to myself, with this many people working, you think the service would be fast and great, i thought wrong. The atmosphere was ugly, the menu was cheesy and had pictures of real food that didnt look good at all, there are no chairs or tables to at least sit at while i waited forever for my order . but after all that i was impressed, the buffalo wings were great and everyone enjoyed their subs... So if customer service and atmosphere were better Id give 5 stars but they seriously need to hire people that have some customer service experience...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE OWNER. I WAS PUT ON HOLD TWICE. I ORDERED IN LAST WEEK AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. I JUST CALLED TO TRY AND PICK UP AND WAS REMINDED ABOUT AN INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED A WHILE BACK, THE REASON I STOPPED EATING FROM THERE. MONTHS AGO, I ORDERED FOOD TO BE DELIVERED. WHEN THE DRIVER SHOWED UP, HE DIDNT HAVE EVERYTHING I HAD ORDERED. BEFORE I REALIZED IT, I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM MY MONEY. HE SAID IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM AND SPED OFF IN HIS CAR. I CALLED THE LOCATION TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEND THEY, IN RETURN SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PICK UP THE REMAINING ORDER OR A BALANCE WOULD BE PAID TOWARDS MY NEXT ORDER. NOW, MONTHS LATER THIS DISRESPECTFUL OWNER TELLS ME I SHORTED A DRIVER AND TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THATS PERFECTLY FINE. NEVER AGAIN! THE FOOD ISNT THAT GREAT ANYWAYS, JUST A CONVENIENT LATE NIGHT ALTERNATIVE TO THE NEARBY McDonalds.

Ive had a lot of ups and downs with this place but the food is good when you specify exactly what you want. Steak tips are really good if you get them plain or with sauce on the side. They also have steamed vegetables which is rare for a sub shop. The roasted red potatoes arent as good but still a healthier option if your not into French fries. One instance when I saw a particular delivery driver coughing and sneezing wildly around an order and made no attempt to sanitize his hands, but I think it may have been an isolated event. Customer service makes up fo a lot they were patient with me at least.
