I went here a couple of months ago, but apparently it has gone down hill. Our visit today we ordered fries and they were dry and ice cold. I sent them back. they reheated the same fries, warm, but dry and over cooked. For the price, I would expect the food to be edible. Apparently they cant make and keep warm fries as well as every other restaurant on the planet. I will not likely be back. Hamburger was over cooked but okay.

Worst burnt, charred burger Ive ever had anywhere. Ever. Literally charcoal on the edges. Sweet potato fries were simultaneously burnt, soggy, and cold. Shouldve known when my take out order came up within minutes. Also, if I had looked around the place before I ordered, I wouldve realised how utterly disgustingly dirty it was and wouldve walked out. Bad, bad, bad.

Best most personal restaurant ever been to!!! I am always greeting with a hello and My Name! Amazing that to me is amazing Alessandra always greets me with a hello and my name I just think this is not the norm. The food is the best the corn on the cob oh my gosh! Best ever. Bugers great flavor all the smoothies Amazing! Best Restaurant Ever!

Excellent experience at this b.Good. The food is great, and I visited recently and had to wait. I accidentally forgot to order one more small item, and they just gave it to me for free, because of my wait time--even though it was actually my fault for forgetting to order that item. Nice people, excellent food, good prices, and free parking.

Great concept, all fresh food from all over New England. Non processed food. Great selection of drinks instead of sodas. Giving it 3 stars because the way food came out. Had ketchup and mayo splattered all over my burger and the sweet potato fries were burnt. Not worth the $13 plus dollars. Hopefully my next experience will be better.

Went for lunch today with a friend. Ordered a Cousins Burger with cheese and sweet potato fries. I was quite disappointed as the food was cold and the fries soggy, and the white roll fell apart when I took my first bite. Clearly it was not fresh and I found the portions small.

Expensive af. My sloppily assembled chicken sandwich by default came with shredded carrots and not lettuce & tomatoes (still trying to figure that one out). The cashier was apathetic and it all (w/ a milkshake) cost $15. So yeah... Plus the fries were soggy. Ugh.

Ok place to eat. Burger little onions, crumbs, potato fries were unusually good (one star for that). Sweet potatoes were a little dry. Nice selection of sodas star for that. I loved mustard - seeds of it, very little vinegar. I would stop by there again.

Always have a good experience at the Boston locations. Second time eating in Bedford, second bad experience. I will not be returning. The ingredients were quality as always, but poor preparation and service to myself and other customers needs attention.
