First time at a b.good. Not the best first experience. I got a burger and asked for just a little mayo. I got extra mayo. My fries were cold and had sweet potato fries mixed in. There was one - ONE!! - trashcan in the whole restaurant and it was full. One napkin station was empty. The ladies room needed tissue. All of these little things suggest to me that its a management issue. Someone doesnt pay attention to details. If that had been my restaurant I would have been furious and heads would roll! Its the little things that bring back customers. I wont be going back.

After going for the first time today it left me wondering why I waited so long to go. I tried out the Southwestern Chicken salad and I got to say its one of the best salads I ever had. One thing that stood out was the grilled and, "popped" corn they put on the salad. It was also a great size that filled me up. I tried the French Fries as well but they were only so-so and the wait for my food was long although it was lunch time. One other big thing to point out about this local chain is that everything is local from the meat to the fruits and veggies.

Ive been eating here very regularly for almost a year. Ive had everything on the menu at this point, except the various shakes. Its simply well done. I couldnt ask for a better fast food joint. I will say that their fries are typically not very good, since they are really just baked strips of potatoes and not fried at all. But, they are easily avoided. The chocolate milkshake, too, should be avoided...if you like milkshakes that is. The burgers, power bowls and cane syrup sodas are really what bring me back here week after week.

Ingredients are incredibly fresh and all local-sourced and cooked on-the-spot, that is their claim to fame. Otherwise, portions are tiny, Im always hungry after eating here, and very overpriced. Burgers will run you $8, salad bowls about $10. They are tasty but portions are tiny. Come here if you are on a diet or health kick.

The food is great! So is the customer service. I order food there all the time and they have never messed up my order once. The fries are delicious and so are the burgers. Everything tastes fresh. The employees and especially the manager is very nice and always asks me about my day. Love it!

Twice Ive called my order ahead, and both times it appears that they dont even begin preparing it until I pay at the register. Whats the point of calling ahead?? Todays takeout order didnt even come with fork&knife. Food is excellent, but they clearly need to work on a few things.

Cold soggy fries. My burger tasted like it had been left out for hours. Actually gag inducing, and Im not a picky eater. Had a decent experience before this one, but with Bobby Flays new place down the road, ill never get a burger from here again. Too expensive, poor food.

My favorite burger place! It does not have to be a burger, they have great salads too; Soutwestern Chicken Salad is absolutely worth trying. I am not sure how actually healthy all of this is, but at least we can pretend! People working here are super friendly and nice.

Burger was tasty but way overdone. Fries werent ready so the kid said hed bring them (and another customers order too) to the table - which he never did. I finished my burger and went up to the counter and had to ask for the fries (so did the other customer).

I was in town for a class and wanted something different. This place was awesome. I got a Buffalo veggie burger on a wheat bun and some sweet potato fries. AMAZING!!!!!! I recommend to anyone who is in the area. I sure could use one of these places in KY!!

Great variety of local grown food. Prices can be a bit high for the amount of food compared with fast food places nearby, but its always delicious. Make sure to sign up for their "b.good family" rewards program, as they frequently offer free food coupons.

Experience was awful today. Turkey burgers were ready in two mins. and they were cold. Fries were cold and excessively salted. I guess if you want good food you need to go during the busy times and not on a Sunday. Staff was unusually rude today too.

I was craving a burger and we drove by and decided to stop. Love it! I got the west side burger and it was awesome. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Well be back next time we want burgers. In my opinion-way better than 5 guys burger n fries.

Best "fast" food burger I have ever had. The local fresh food makes this buger amazing. You have to wait a while if its busy, but it is well worth it. The portion sizes are correct.
