Granted we got there a little late so there was no wait which was awesome. That had to be the best part of the evening with exception of the glass of wine I had and the beer my fiancée had. The service was poor to say in the least and the food was bland. We felt rushed and unwelcomed which was horrible considering its one of my fiancees favorite restaurants AND it was his birthday! Never going there again. Save your time, taste buds and money.

An authentic experience of Italian food. This place always seems to be busy so the wait to get a table can be a pain around lunch and dinner time. However, knowing that theres always a wait to get in shows that this place is popular and they know how to keep their customers coming back for more. The food tastes great but the service can be a little disappointing at times.

The service was horrible. We couldnt even fit into the waiting area there were so many people waiting to be seated. Multiple people were told there was a 20 minute wait & ended up waiting for an hour. We ended up leaving before we could be seated. They had no effective system to seat and serve people efficiently. We will never go to this location again.

The food here is pretty good. Prices are also good. The service was garbage and the waitress also forgot to offer cheese on it until asked. Had to ask for bread sticks and the waitress also had no clue how to use the kiosk. Another one bites the dust, crossed off our list. Sad that shrimp alfredo had to go bye byeo.

Always good food but was significantly understaffed. Told wait time was 10 minutes but waited 30+ minutes. Only 5 waitresses taking care of entire restaurant. Many tables were empty but not cleaned because they were short on bust boys also. Enjoy your stay when you go............because you will be there for a while.

Quite possibly the worst bartenders in the state... awful service at the front of the restaurant. Food is good, but there is always a wait of 20+ mins and they wont allow you to call to make reservations. There are too many good restaurants in Westminster to bother with this chain and their bad service.

I went to olive garden for lunch today and had bad service my soup was cold we were not offered a refill on our salad and had to wait forever for drink refills I left there today feeling very disappointed I did not get my moneys worth

Been there twice. No desire to go back. Food was alright, when it finally got done right. I had cheese sticks that were still frozen. They "fixed" it, and brought me back burnt cheese sticks with most of the cheese melted out.

Inconsistent at best. I have had wonderful experiences here and terrible experiences. Lunch service is generally much better than dinner time. Call ahead seating is a joke, youll still wait forever for a table.

Typical olive garden. Decent pasta, good wait staff, extremely unhealthy but incredibly delicious bread sticks, and a rather nice interior. Only annoyance is the parking can be a hassle during busier hours.

Accommodations were excellent. Walked right in and weremember seated immediately at a window table large enough for two wheelchairs and five other guests. Waitress pleasant and took our orders promptly.

Olive garden has really changed. Still not the best Italian but it is the fast food of Italian food. Inside is way nicer than a few years ago, there are tablets you can order from now. Food is OK.
