PLEASE BEWARE! As a person who is pro small business and in the restaurant field for 20+ years, I rarely write poor reviews online, I lodge my complaint directly with ownership. I have tried this route here, and it was no help. I had frequented here for ice cream since moving to the neighborhood in 2001. I always received good service up until a couple of years ago. I believe there was an ownership change because things went from good to bad. First, the service standards dropped way down, next time I was in there, and the music was so offensively loud with profanities I had to take my kids out. The last time was a year ago when I was at the counter, and a cockroach went scurrying across the counter. I told the manager, and his reaction was, well, nothing. No apology, no excuse just apathy. I was in the area and decided to give it a try again. The one employee was waiting on a customer, and the kids were looking in the cases at the ice cream. My son got up on a steel railing in front of the case to look at the flavors when the employee looked at him and said "No No, get down," minor faux pas for sure but the last straw for me. I have watched 1000s of kids do that very thing. It is an ice cream shop for Christ sake. Kids are a huge part of the customer base. SO.....no more. And I suggest you dont either.

If I could have given zero stars I would have... Ive been going here a few years with okay service. Sometimes theyre out of milk and they seem to be ok with that as if 7-11 isnt a few steps away.... Today 5/8/17 I came here a few minutes to 7P to an OPEN sign but a small handwritten note on the door reading "will open in few". I waited outside for at least 7 minutes just for a girl to come from the back look at me then turn the OPEN sign off then proceed to the back where she emerged. The past few months this location has been dropping the ball consistently with no regard for their customers.

Lady working today was awful. Makes milkshakes with all milk. After making my shake, she told me they couldnt take cards, only cash. I ordered large shake & refused it.All milk..for the price u pay, nooo way.

Its always closed with a sorry little sign on the door saying it will open in a few. I was there today, same thing, and the "open" sign was turned off in my face. It was 7 pm... They close at 10

Terrible, awful customer service. They are unwilling to help with any special requests and the employees are extremely rude, careless, and have zero customer service skills.
