I placed a fairly large order last night, and when we discovered that a sandwich was missing, and the bowl of chili was only halfway filled in the styrofoam bowl, we called the store to let them know. My husband spoke to one of the employees and explained there was an issue with our order, (we even offered to take pictures of what we had) and we were told that someone would bring another sandwich and another bowl of chili. We waited almost TWO HOURS for someone to come back and when no one did, we called the store back. The same woman that originally took the call answered the phone again, and it was immediately apparent to us that she did nothing to rectify the situation after our first call. Obviously this made us upset since weve been waiting for the food we paid for --- and especially because it was intended for our daughter who was still patiently waiting to eat. The woman then put a man who was a manager on the phone because we were getting nowhere with her, and he was even more rude than the woman! He basically accused my husband of being a thief, because he said he "deals with people that claim they didnt get their food all the time". He went on to say he didnt know what we wanted him to do now because they were closed anyway and well just have to call back during normal hours and then he HUNG UP on us!!! Whatever happened to great customer service and "the customer is always right""? I spent $60.00 on my order ---- why on Earth would I claim that the Ham & Cheese sandwich was the item that was missing --- especially when there were much more expensive subs in my order ---- if I was trying to get over on them?!? Why were we told they would send someone back out to deliver another sandwich and chili during the first phone call if they thought we were lying to begin with? Ive been a customer of this place for several years now, but needless to say, Im not happy, and will never return. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a place whose customer service is atrocious. Let them keep the $6.49 ---- I hope it was worth deeply offending and ultimately losing repeat customers like my husband and I ----- as well as my family, friends and associates once I tell them about my experience

We have been ordering from A1 pizza every month for at least 3 years. We usually have a great experience. However, on this particular occasion, I ordered an extra large Pizza with pepperoni and bacon. An extra large with pepperoni and sausage was delivered by a very nice woman who always talks about her 5 kids. I called A1 immediately to explain about the mix up. The woman (without an accent) accepted my call, apologized for the confusion and stated that she would leave a note on my account. I called today (a week after the delivery mix up) and a woman with a thick accent answers my call stating that she is the manager. I explained the details to her ( along with my receipt details which included the receipt number, date and the server name) and she says there is no note on the account. She argued me down stating that they dont correct orders and that the driver should have paid. It makes no sense to me why the driver would have to pay since they dont make the pizzas but only deliver them. This woman also had 0 customer service and no regard for maintaining a long time customer. It was a horrible experience. Instead of fussing with them, I decided to leave this comment to prevent consumers from going through a negative experience. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. Dont give your hard earned money to a mom and pop shop that doesnt appreciate your support. There are other Pizza spots that are just as good!

Ive now had 2 poor experiences with this place. I used to order from here almost everyday when I was younger. They had fast service, great food. I feel like NOW they have gone DOWNHILL. I ordered delivery at my new place, and it didnt show up for over an hour, I call, they say its on the way and they have tried to call - well they wrote my number down wrong, apparently their driver "couldnt find" my easy to find home, and turned back. They tried to bring me the same food again - told them no, make new food. That was a fight, got new food, took another HOUR + to deliver and received NO Discount or anything. Then most recently I ordered a white pizza "with feta", and it had peppers, onions and tomatoes! YUCK! They said yep thats what it comes with. EWWW. Sorry but will never order from there AGAIN.

The cheese steaks are amazingly good and the pizza is too. The pizza is rather greasy but thats because of the mozzarella. The only downfall is that they never wear gloves when handling food. I came in to pick up my order several times and everytime i go there, they never wear gloves. I saw this guy go from the register to rounding out the dough and putting cheese etc. Other than that.. the food is great.

The food is really good but the service is terrible. On multiple occasions I placed online orders and had to call the restaurant to find out where my food is (after 1hr+ of waiting) only to be met with a nasty attitude by the people who answer the phone. then when food finally arrives, they screwed up my order. How hard is it to read off of a screen?

Ordered 2 chicken tender baskets, got home and the order was wrong called to see about getting it fixed. The lady would do nothing to help, she said it was my husbands fault. Then hung up on me. Will never order from them again pizza places are a dime a dozen here.

This is a good place with friendly service. Its about what youd expect from a small delivery pizza place, but with a larger menu than most. If want fine dining, youll be disappointed; but if youre looking for quick decent food, youre set.

The employees are always very pleasant. The chicken filet sub and the chicken parm. subs are very good. I cant speak for any of the other food but its probably delicious as well. The service is always fast and the foods always hot.

Went off the reviews on here. Got a pizza with mushrooms. Was pretty good. Better then ordering the usual Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns Pizza... Will order from there again. Got it delivered and it was good and hot when it showed up.

Been ordering from here for years. I love their chicken tender platter. The BBQ sauce they use for dipping is really good. Prices are reasonable. And they deliver quick! I recommend A1.

Good carry out deal on 2 topping pizza, dough made by hand. Sandwiches are OK, the bread can get soggy. All in all one of the better local pizza joints.

The last time I ate the pizza here, I had to spend 45 minutes in front of the toilet spitting it up. The cheese they use is toxic. Avoid.
