No Stars. When spending your money you want to feel like you are appreciated as a customer, better yet a Human Being. My mother saw a homeless man on her way to enjoy a movie in Harbor East. The man politely asked if she could help him get something to eat and of course she obliged. She asked where he wanted to eat and he said that he really liked the food in the Harbor East Deli. She took him, and told him to order whatever he liked. The man behind the counter, when asked the cost of a particular slice of pizza, looked at my mother and the gentlemen with disgust. He did not want to service them. They finally got through their order, the homeless gentlemen went to get his fountain drink , and then a security guard/ police walked in. Somehow, the disgusted person behind the counter called the authorities on a paying customer that did nothing but help a man who expressed his hunger. He did not bother anyone else in the establishment. He was grateful to my mother for purchasing a meal that would satisfy his hunger. My mother addressed the security guard to get a clear understanding of what was actually happening and why he was there in the first place. The guard tells her " You KNOW better (as if she is a child), this is the MONEY district". How shameful. Harbor East will not be a recipient of my funds unless their business mission is in servitude to the community as a whole.

We enjoyed the food and my daughter said she had the best cheesecake in a very long time there. I was a bit disappointed when I found two little tiny pieces of a plastic fork in my pizza after biting into something hard. My Fork is still intact. So I went up to the counter and explained I was not seeking a refund; said, I just wanted to let them know. The worker was really nice and said someone else had the same experience with the same Pizza. His supervisor did not seem concerned when he let her know. When I saw him visiting about what I had told him, I went up and explained. She listen, and just kind of blew it off.

As a lunch spot in Harbor East, this place is notorious for aggressively over-priced, average lunch fare. They recently re-did the interior to an awful blue motif. It feels like youre paying way too much money to eat a sandwich in a fish tank. Skip getting a fountain drink, too -- that is, unless you like filling up your soda outside of the restrooms.

No-frills deli with some stand-out items (worth the Harbor East premium), some mediocre ones, and some to skip entirely. Do get: the lamb/beef gyro (massive!), the Ravens sandwich. Solid but not noteworthy: calzones and pizza. Skip: the cheesesteak, and any sandwich except the Ravens. Bonus star from me for having mozzarella sticks.

A bit on the pricey side, but what do you expect less than a block from Presidents circle? Quality and portion size are great, they handled my order (an unusual one for medical reasons) with professionalism and aplomb. Ordered a burger and fries, 14$, cooked to perfection, and the fries were excellent.

Im in this place at least once a week, everything is pretty good here. The staff is always on point and will do just about anything to please you. Some people complain about the price, but I say you get what you pay for. Definitely try it out for lunch or dinner.

I tried their signature item 4 seasons chicken sandwich and I really liked it.the best part is the crispness of the sandwich and the perfectly grilled chicken with right composition of tomatoes and others. I would really recommend it to anyone.

My Girlfriend and I have lived/ grown up around Baltimore, and we cannot believe weve never stumbled on this place before. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Custom sandwiches and specials were delicious. Some of the best weve had!

Staff is very friendly, the food is solid, and theyre open late. The pizza is pretty good. Not the best, but good. The calzones are solid. If youre hungry get the Ravens sandwich or the Gyro. Both are massive.

They have good fries and pizza the calzones are a bit greasy. The prices are slightly pricer then other areas. But since your in Harbor East your paying slightly more then you would in Fells Point.

Its fast and the food is delicious. I like that theyre open late and its nice having a less expensive deli option here when the Presidents Circle area tends to be filled with $$$$ restaurants.

Tried to order a pizza for delivery for my husband as a surprise. Staff totally incompetent. Pizza guy as the cashier calls him "wont do" certain pizzas. Seriously? Who is he? The pizza nazi?
