UPDATE: Last couple of visits the service has been horrid. I ordered online and when I arrived 30 minutes later they said they just received my order. How is that possible when they immediately charged my credit card? Its not, they lied. I was told they, "had to check 2 internets - Cox and AT&T" which means they dont understand the internet and are horrible liars. Wont be returning. ------------ Good food, good prices, generous portions. If you love "hibachi with a show" ask to be seated at a hibachi table. If youre not in the mood for a show with your dinner, ask to be seated at a regular table and order hibachi prepared in the kitchen. Either way, I think youll like it. Weve always enjoyed the food here and when the service is good, its some of the best. But occasionally well drop in and it seems no one is paying much attention to the tables. That doesnt happen very often and has gotten better over time, so I think a 4-star rating is deserved. The quality of the food remains consistently high, with my only complaint being the miso soup is often not very hot. I recommend you try Nagoya and decide for yourself.

My favorite sushi in our part of town. According to my bank, weve been here at least 15 times since early 2014. Have never had a negative or disappointing visit. They pared down the all-you-can-eat sushi menu a few months ago, removing a lot of the sashimi and sushi, leaving mostly sushi rolls and appetizers. Probably because of hooligans like me eating them out of house and home. Still a good value. This was also our first hibachi "experience" as well; for some reason never happened to sit at hibachi at other places Id been to. Its fine, the cooks are entertaining. After being to a few other hibachi afterwords, I figured theyre all pretty sameish, so I tend to sit at a regular table, even if I want food from the hibachi.

My wife and I have eaten here many times with our three little uns, and we love it! The all you can eat Sushi Buffet is fantastic, delicious, high quality Sushi. I appreciate that its all you can eat, but eat what you ask for. Its a way of keeping their great Sushi affordable and preventing waste. Their special rolls are superb! We have energetic kids (3 under 5 years), and the wait staff was warm throughout the dining experience. When we want exquisite sushi, lovely ambiance, and want to leave full, we come here.

My family along with friends have been at least three times within the last year or two. We have always selected the hibachi. With the hibachi, you get the typical hibachi show, typical jokes (they must train all thees guys at the same place), etc. Because the food is freshly cooked and served hot, the taste is always good. My only concern is the freshness of the meat, since the location is never very busy, how do they rotate their stock of fresh items?

This is second time I visited here, a few years apart from first visit, I can only say i am so disappointed, most of foods are off-taste, heavy artificial flavor in drink and noodle soup, sushi looks not fresh also, the most ridiculous is soup in noodle bowl used artificial hon tsuyu SAUCE instead traditional soup, taste so bad, nobody can swallow it, I never had this kind of bad experience on Japanese food in my life, I will never ever visit again.

We love the food from here but the service is horrible. We have given them many chances to make up for the wrongdoings weve experienced. Theyve blocked my wifes cell phone number because she wanted to pay for extra sauce, the wait for our to go order exceeded 30 mins after arrival to pick it up (no apologies for the wait) and Im currently waiting on an order I placed online 1 hour and 22 mins. ago. I really wish theyd just get it together!

The sushi was ok but the service was terrible. We sat for 15 min before anyone took our drink order. Our server was friendly but he was the only one. He didnt even work there the came to help becausr hus friends parents own the place. It was a very Strang experience not a good date night place. We wont go back too many other sushi places with great service.

I really love the "all you can eat" sushi and dinner option. Its not your traditional buffet, you order what you want from the menu and the waitress brings it to you. Its very tasty and a very clean establishment. The waitresses are very sweet too. Their lunch menu is very reasonably priced! Im sorry I missed lunch today but we are staying in anyway.

Walked in and stood at the front for 5 minutes no one came or acknowledged us. The place wasnt even super busy for a Saturday night (8PM) waiter came right to the front never even looked at one. She couldve spoken and said someone will be with you in a moment or however. Didnt wait around to see what the food was like!

The food is fantastic. the "all you can eat buffet" is not the typical layout of food on a serving line. You are seated, given a menu, make your choices and then it is prepared FRESH FOR YOU. very yummy. I have lived in Japan and find the food here is just as good as I got there!

Decent food even though our waiter forgot our Edamame order. Service has always been questionable. We can see several tables waiting for first server to come to the table. It is too bad because this could really be a good family place to eat if it was run correctly.

I ate at nagoya for lunch today and got there just as they were opening at 11 am. I ordered crispy calamari and it was so delicious that I would order it again. I also had crabsticks sushi with rice on the bottom.I loved it and would order it over and over again.

This is our go-to Sushi restaurant in town. The staff go out of their way to get to know their customers and the food is excellent. The spicy items are definitely heavy on the spicy mayo (spicier than most places) so be careful if you are not used to that.

The food is okay. It is over priced for the experience. The service is terrible. Not friendly, keep people waiting, no refills on drinks and menus that you cant read and are always sticky. We need to find a better place to eat Sushi.

Came here for the hibachi. Everything was good, it just didnt wow me. Considering you generally do hibachi for the show as mug as the food, you want something pretty good. It may have just been an off night as it wasnt very busy.

They have an all you can eat lunch menu for $15 and it includes a drink. It is not a buffet. You order what you want and they bring it out to you. The sushi is also very good quality. Im very picky with my sushi.
