We have two location in my town. Only one of them has the stuffed crazy bread, which is what I went in to order. Walking in to start off was not a very professional scene. Teenage girls in the back, cutting up, hanging ponytails where they were making pizzas, and not paying much attention to the customers coming in and looking at each other, like they didnt know what to do. I made my order and the girl taking it, acted like she didnt know what i wanted. Paid for it and was told that it would be about 10 minutes. I went back outside to wait, as the waiting area is a small space. When i came back in to pick up my order, I could hear the girls making the food, talking about how much of a pain in the @$$ it was to make this bread, that it wasnt even on the menu and how she didnt know how I knew that they served it. She continued on saying that it was a waste of money, for the little bit that I had got and it was stupid for me to have ordered it. When given my order I asked when a MANAGER would be in for me to call. The girl told me, in a very rude manner might I add, that there was only a shift manager on duty and then three times changed the name of the person I needed to call. The "shift manager" than came out and asked what the problem was, I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager that was OVER them and she said well Im the shift manager, whats the difference. At this point I was already mad, the one girl had told me that three different people were who I needed to talk to, and then the "Shift Manager" was rude to me as well. She should have been setting an example for the employees she was "managing" I informed them both, that is was NOT their job to complain about what I ordered, and what I paid for it. It is very unprofessional (crap joint pizza place or not) to talk about customers and complain, especially where they can hear you!

I have recently been in there getting dinner and both times have been not so pleasant. The first time, I was waited on by two younger gentlemen who were more excited about a motorcycle outside then taking my order. My order was taken in between the motorcycle conversation. When the guy asked for a name for my order, I told him and even spelled it for him. It came out Kritin. Not even close. There were four other people who got their orders before mine and then I had to step up and ask where mine was. I got a blank stare and was asked... Uh, what did you order. I said the Kristen order about 40 mins ago. So that day was not great. So tonight we thought to give it a chance again. I ordered over the phone and when I was done ordering, the person said "ok, see you when you get here." I responded with what like 20-30 mins it will be ready? She say "yeah ok." So by the time I got there to pick up my order, the girl says "oh I remember that order, good thing you got here or it was about to get thrown in the trash". Pretty sure my facial expressions said it all. I was thinking, oh lord I am about to feed people food that should be thrown in the trash. So I took my food and realized the girl didnt not give me the cinnamon bites I ordered. I called the store and she pretty much just told us to contact the owner and he will fix it. Not sure whats going on there anymore. The customer service is extremely lacking and the pizzas are not like they used to be. Hopefully someone can do something about this.

This place went down hill! I ordered occasionally but stopped for awhile due to either uncooked Crazy bread or the dough has been sitting for too long. My business will be spent elsewhere after todays experience. Once again the Crazy Bread is not cooked thoroughly or is sitting out too long, the geometrical skills is off, I ordered a half pep and half cheese and received 3/4 pep. Also I really dont think it should be 87 degrees in the lobby, seems like a food hazard if dough is sitting out too long before cooking (Crazy Bread) I know it is fast and affordable pizza but the food is just not well preped. This place is below mediocre. Crazy Bread use to be awesome. What happen??? The management is poor as well. Explained what happened and they dont care.

After calling my order ini waited the ample amount of time so i walk in. Stood in line when it was my turn the young girl hemhaw in the back then she started waiting on someone elses i just said that I was next. The other teenage manager took up for her so i left.called her and she was very rude and unprofessional. I think u need to pick more grown-up managers that can handle the position without acting like shes got powe over the world. I know i wont be the only one she does this to. Shes VERY NASTY ATTITUDE FOR A MANAGER POSITION. Also for the record i Was NOT mean or rude! I was the one that was humiliated in the middle of the store.

I was down here visiting family, im from New York so we have the best pizza with mom and pop pizzerias on ever corner, theres no mom and pop pizzerias down in the south and just these chain pizza places, now let me just say that Little Caesars pizza was the worst pizza Ive ever had! Even though its only $5 a pie its terrible! Barely any sauce and cheese on the pizza and its too thick and doughy and I thought pizza hut was bad! A large pie from where i come from its $14 but its bigger and tastier since its the best pizza in the world, people from down here have no idea what there missing from NY

My rating is beyond anything positive. I understand it is a Friday night and they are always busy Friday. So I called ahead and placed my order. I was told it would be 15 min. No big deal right. So I go in pay for my pizza and sat and waited a lil over a hour. They never even made my order. Ask to speak to a manager and all his response was just give her a refund. Highly dissatisfied and will be going above this store. I recommend paying the extra money and getting your pizza elsewhere...

Called in my order said 30 minutes got their food was not ready still waited waited until another 25 minutes and still wasnt ready ask them know were just waiting on a pizza but yet Ive seen people get their food faster me that just walked in I would definitely and I will not go back to them the crew that they have there never or management if you ask me for a Friday night

I love pizza, Little Caesars is good, cheap pizza. Their stuffed crust is amazing. The newer employees always seem to do something wrong when I go in though. My pizza is wrong a lot and last time I got charged for three speciality pizzas but only ordered two. Theyre good about refunds and fixing orders its really refreshing and a lot cheaper than other pizza places.
