I have been in Dubuque for 4 months. In those 4 months I have learned to almost call Jitterz a second home. They indulge my excessive amounts of Chai Lattes that I consume daily with a smile. Its such a warm place and the baristas are really nice. I highly recommend their black bean veggie burger, its really good. I dont know how the person below got such an awful impression of Jitterz but I can tell you that they are extremely wrong. Everyone I take there loves it and its by far the best coffee shop in Dubuque. Tanya, Bill and the rest of the crew are always smiling and nice and willing to toy with their drinks to suit the customer. Perfect Example: I needed a pick me up but still wanted my daily dose of Chai. Bill put a shot of espresso in it and called it a dirty Chai. Best Drink Ever. Go to Jitterz! Its awesome!

We stayed at Dubuque for a weekend getaway. We went here on a Saturday morning after visiting the farmers market. The two girls working were extremely nice. The place was beautiful, like every other business in that part of Dubuque. Old building, but super nice paint job and the texture was very pleasant to the eyes. Their drink selection was large, and I got a vanilla steamer, which tasted great. My girlfriend got a vanilla latte, and she was happy with that. The real treat was the scones. I have had many, many scones in my life, and I can straight up say these were the best I have ever had! So, hopefully their bakery supply is consistent, and I recommend to the highest extent trying some of their scones. The price was fine, and again the employees were uber-nice.

I work right across the street from Jitterz and stop in there often. The owners and staff are always very friendly and accommodating--greeting people by name. The owners have even run orders across the street for us when we forget to pick up a phone order! They are a great place to go for a simple sandwich and chips, and the best coffee downtown. Daily baked goods are always delicious, especially the guilty pleasure chocolate brownies and muffins! They have a great atmosphere for meeting people, studying (with free wifi!), or just reading the newspaper. They feature rotating art from local artists on their walls, always a plus in my opinion. Thanks Bill and Tanya, you are doing a great job and make a great addition to the downtown Dubuque area!

Atmosphere was great, the food was excellent, and they had really good gluten free options for my mom. I was really pleased to find their coffee was excellent as well! After searching For something other than chain coffee in the morning, their iced latte hit the spot in the pm! Definitely a place to experience if youre from out of town!

Wonderful coffee shop with the best coffee for miles! Always fresh thanks to being locally roasted. Great ambiance with friendly customer service. Lunch is delicious and can be enjoyed with a variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks! The pastries are a great treat and some are made by the owner herself!

I went in and asked if they had coconut oil to put in my coffee. The owner, Bill came over and said he didnt want to lose my business but there was another coffee shop that had it. I really appreciated that and decided to stay and have their coffee which was very good. Great atmosphere!

I just ordered a capuchino from a cute girl in glasses, and it was quite possibly one of the best Ive had in my life. That coming from a guy who worked through high school and college as a Barista, won coffee competitions, and now travels frequently to Latin America. Well done!

Relaxing atmosphere. In the front you can sit and talk. In the back there is room to study or talk business. The coffee is brewed just right. The coffee is badger brothers coffee. The prices are great too.
