My wife April and I love to explore off the beaten path dining and chose the Crazyhorse Ranch and Lodge while at West Baden Hotel. OMG what a gem we found and will return many times in the future. Have to say at first it was dark driving out to this quaint but rustic eatery, and wasnt quite sure if we were at the right location. Then Chef Dan came out and greeted us and the evening was on. My wife had the ribeye, and I the salmon of which we shared as both were amazing. It was like walking into an old friends home and felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. A bucket list location for a true foodie.

I was just there tonight for a wedding party and everybody treated us like we owned the place. I was making my own mixed drinks with the help the of the sweet girl helping. The good was out of this world. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a a taste for a good meal.

Dan cooks steaks outside over a wood fire in an enclosed oven. It is by far the best steak my wife and I have ever had!! They are so goooood that we have went back for more. The atmosphere is amazing with music every weekend and sometimes on week days.

This was the second time we had been here for dinner. This time we took family. Some said the best steak they had ever eaten. We will be back, nice atmosphere, great food!! Im glad we found it! Yes, there is a bar and drinks were good too!
