Panera has always been one of my favorite places for dinner but after tonights experience I will think long and hard before setting foot into anothrt one. I had to wait in line over 5 min before the manager botheted to wait on the couple on front of me and there were only 2 of us in line behind the person placing his order. I was overcharged even though I explained my order 3 times. I just wanted the SW chicken soup + 1/2 sandwich. I explained how I was overcharged. The cashiertalked to the manager then came back and told the other worker he said to give her what she wanted. I advised I just wanted what I ordered but to be charged correctly. After I did not step away, the cashier tjen asked if I wanted to see if I could some ofy money back Really??? The manager did come out and refu ded me oney. On the bright side the food was ready quickly. I was very disappointed in the reduced choices on the menu. All of the good broth bowls were gone That is not the stores fault but if corporate is not providing the good product and the service was terrible why should I return.

I love panera but this particular store is terrible. I always order the same salad whenever I go to a panera any where in the country. They made the salad so small I told the manager he didnt really care then I asked the person (boy) who claimed he made the salad. I told him i have never had a salad so small I paid extra 1.79$ for extra chicken there was hardly any chicken on it. I told him my concerns and he was so rude I was shocked. I have never been treated that rude at a panera. I would never return to that particular store and that is sad because it is close to my house. They need a manager that cares my children always get mac and cheese and this is the first time they said it was dry and tasted bad. I own a business and I hope the figure out that the management is ruining this site.

The only meal that I had this Wednesday at 1:25 PM was served semi warm making me sick [chicken noodle and Tortellini]. When I called and spoke to Jim his response was "they" [whoever they are] should be checking the temperature. It seems that lately whenever something goes wrong in this place it the fault of "they". No other follow like, the manager in charge will call you and apologize etc... This place seems to have a revolving door when it comes to employees. The turnover from month to month is incredible so I can understand why training needs to be sped up. There are many quick service location in the are [and yes Panera is quick service] even though they will tell you other wise, since all soups, dressings and sauces are made somewhere else a put together last minute.

Really love how they have implemented a touch screen ordering area for quick order that you can use if the line is long. Really nice location with great service. The only complaint I had was the Mac and cheese I ordered was really small they didnt even fill up half the bowl. Outside of that it is a nice Panera location

I love Panera Bread ford having several different options for breakfast and lunch. You can mix and match bread or ingredients, its great food. The cinnamon crunch bagel and honey walnut cream cheese is one of my favs.

The steak and arugula sandwich was very good, along with the Cheddar broccoli soup.❤ However the raspberry tea was kind of bland. But overall, the atmosphere and staff was very pleasant.
