Our annual Christmas party had the upper area. Very comfortable seats, clean restroom, appetizers were good (although as we were an hour late and they were drying up quick). I recommend the nachos and cheese variety. Meat and spices in it gives it a kick and taste that makes you want more. The variety of buffalo wings, (BBQ,mild,hot) were great tastes and Im sure were even better freshly put out. There is some smoking in the bar, although in are area the few smokers went outside. Ashtrays are available. There is a sign saying No cigars or pipes) Projection TV seen from the bar area below and our area above. Not being a avid sports watcher I was pleased to see the commercials and know that the high def was there. There are also several TVs on the walls that allow for viewing of sports, with 2 different channels playing respectivelly. Radio music (I never caught the station) plays overhead and it was some good music to have in the background. No overwhelming loudness. Again, this was the upstairs room. Bartender,Derrick, is entertaining and trained good. I would say well trained but I talk the issues out with him and expect to see those resolved. Nothing that would stop this highly critique person that I am from going back. He serves mixed drinks with knowledge. That is not only knowing what to put in it but to as what the customer wants. The mixes used are Ocean Spray and I appreciate that for the taste on my Whiskey Sour. He suggested for a sweeter taste to add Grinidine. He also told what the charge would be if he added that as a suggestion. Kudos for suggestions and telling about the prices My Bud bottles ($3)was served to me so cold, it looked frosty. This is how I like my beer when coming from a bottle. My Double seven and seven was $9. Draft tall Killians and Guiness are $6, short are $3.Good head, no water down taste. This is the same for my mixed drinks. The prices of food and drinks I base on other sports bar and they are comparable. Im recommending a get together with friends ,parties, etc.

If I could leave a zero star I would... Went to Chucks with a group of 7 and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Now I know what youre thinking, that is a huge order and it will take a long time but believe it or not, it took longer than expected. I watched as person 1-3 received their loaded fries, 4 & 5 received their sandwiches. Next, person #6 received his Hawaiian pizza after nearly 45 minutes. Finally, I received my complicated order about an hour after we ordered. Can I mention as we waited the waitress never once asked us if we needed anything just simply informed us our order was on the way then quickly scurried away. As I received my order I expressed my displeasure to the response of, "thats just how it is when we are busy." I will never return to this establishment as they are overpriced with lottery-like service (I know one really good waitress).

We came from Franklin, Oh. We found the menu delightful and the venue very clean. We were a party of 6 and everyone had something different. The food was extremely plentiful and the prices were very reasonable. Our waitress was a blast and Chuck stopped by and thanked us for coming. We had a great time! Coca-Cola and water drinkers here in search of good food!

Worst prices of any bar Ive ever been to. Prices equate to a big-city trendy nightclub. However, Chucks had absolutely nothing to offer. Its an ordinary sports bar with extraordinarily bloated prices. Avoid this abomination at all costs!

Worst service ever. Picture of my female waitress hitting on a female customer. Shes been over there for 30mins. That sums up the experience. Unless you are a gay female, dont expect any service.

Best Bar in Richmond! Clean!! Up class people and closes bar you will get to a big city bar. A lot of Wayne County Sports Memorabilia. :)
