Let me just start off by saying Im from Chicago Illinois so having a place to eat food this great in Indiana is a blessing. The best thing about Chicago is the food and city. Im going to say the food was really good hit me at home, it was wonderful. I would give the food a 5 star no problem but the service on the other hand was completely horrible. I would give the service a 1 and that is just to give a rating if they had a lower number than that i would. For one they had one waitress in there. She seemed high off her ass on meth, had to ask us numerous of times what our orders were, and couldnt keep our drinks even filled. We were there no joke for three hours before we got our meal plus waiting on our appetizers. We had 6 adults and 6 kids u would figure they would of brought our appetizers right away since we had kids. We got them 5 mins before our food. Everyone in the restaurant came and went and ate before we got our food. It was absolutely horrible. We did decide to move to the outside sitting areas to keep the kids occupied and the kids got stung up bc of the nest that was in the black fencing. At this point I was irate. The person that handled the situation the most respectful and good way was the delivery driver. He was actually caring. He gave us a 25 dollar gift card and our dinners for free. The got a big thanks. But that waitress there are no words to describe her, she was a horrible server all around. I think they need to hire people that doesnt look trashy and on drugs and high school students bc maybe people would wanna go there more. Now I know if we do end up getting a taste of chicago food I wouldnt be dinning in there at all. I might order delivery or carry out. Not to mention we had to wait another hour for our desert plus they were out of cheese cake and wasnt notified before we ordered it and they were out.

Been to this establishment twice within a couple of months. The service is lacking very bad. Both times we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to serve us. When the server finally came around they look so confused, frustrated, and stressed. They did apologize that no one came to serve us but this was the same story now twice. There seems to be an overall lack of coordination between all members of staff causing late orders and poor service that left many customers around us unhappy. We ordered the same thing both times and got two very different experiences. We ordered the Italian beef deep dish pizza and the first time was fantastic everything that i wanted. The 2nd time was awful. There was so many peppers on the pizza that it was all you could taste. The whole family refused to eat the pizza it was so bad. We discussed the situation with two members of staff and didnt even get an apology just a "huh thats odd both pizzas should be the same". We ended up paying full price for a pizza that we just threw in the trash. I was willing to overlook the first visit as it was close to the grand opening and things happen but now two times with bad service and now bad pizza I think i will take my family elsewhere. Need to work on quality of service (proper training) and quality and consistency of the food put out by the kitchen.

First time trying this place. Service was good. Mozzarella sticks were of walmart frozen variety. Ordered a 10in pepperoni deep dish. My wife compared it to a chef boyardee pizza from when she was a kid. I ordered the supreme special and tweaked it to add black olives and sardines with no green pepper. How did i get it? With green peppers of course. My server apologizing says they were supposed to read the ticket. "Duh". I cancelled my order of course because my family is eating. Pizzas already took 40mins to come out. No manager anywhere to come to my table and say " my badd ". Last time here i promise. If you read reviews consumers beware. No accountability here... italian beef was good though. Oh and the manager just walked by me delivering a beer outside. Smh! Added photos for proof. And the owner says to my wife 99% of the food comes out right. At the consumers time. He was a rude rude man, very arrogant. Shameful to say its a Chicago eatery. 48 dollars later lesson learned.

We decided to get an early dinner at SOC today. We walked in and had to sit in the back of he restaurant due to majority of the tables dirty from previous guest. Our server was nice, and took care of us the best she could being the only one there. However, as we were ending our visit the hostess said something to us that was not appropriate. With majority of the tables being dirty a party of 6 had to come to the back by us to be seated. As the hostess walked by our table she asked us "Could I kick you guys out so I can seat them?" We were almost finished with our visit, but my boyfriend still had a full beer and we were enjoying our visit. Our server over head the hostess and did applogize several times. Its a shame because the pizza was good, but cannot see myself giving SOC anymore of my service.

If I could give no stars I would. Showed up with my family at 8:15 to enjoy an evening of pizza together. The employees let us walk in, ask about the patio seating, and then sit outside for at least 20 minutes before my mother in law walked inside to ask about menus and drinks that never came, only to be told theyre actually closed at 8pm instead of 10pm. Neither of the 3 employees standing around had the decency or common sense to let us know what was going on. Most rude and inconsiderate customer service weve ever received. Thanks for not supporting your troops and veterans you lazy bums. Ill never come back again. And word to the owner, try and post a response defending your failure staff that you call employees. Save yourself the embarrassment of trying to find an excuse.

The breadsticks were not good at all. They have that very dense, thick texture. The top of them had been soaked in an oily garlic butter that, didnt have a bad flavor, but I couldnt get past the ridiculous denseness of them. When the pizza arrived at the table, it looked like it was gonna be really good. Not the case. The pizza sauce had an overwhelming tomato flavor. The dough was not bad, however, when it started to cool off, it had a gritty texture to it. The service was pretty good and they were very friendly. My overall thoughts are, its not a place that I would return to....

Overall a positive experience. Will go back to try new things. Pros: service was a 4, food was a 3(at least what I got), portions are massive, price was fair Cons: some things were tacky and could be fixed (Christmas lights around windows, plastic baskets and to-go ramekins, cardboard under pizza when served), barbecue sauce could be improved, would love to see a brick oven or better pizza oven to get a nice crispy crust on the thin pizza
