After several days camping in Indiana and in need of a Caramel Macchiato, I stopped at the Greenfield, IN Starbucks on my way back to Chicago, IL. The service was friendly and efficient, but the service I received after my visit was superb. While using their washroom to put in my contacts, I left my expensive, prescription glasses there. Once home, I realized I left them there. The staff located my glasses immediately and the manager paid for them to be shipped to me. He even gave me a tracking number; communication was fantastic. Two days later, I had my glasses. No damage had come to them, because they also took such great care in packaging them. THANK YOU!

I stood in line behind an off duty employee that was talking to the employees and slowing down everything down in the resturant. I had to wait to order because of this person and the drinks were being made slower because she was talking to employees. Starbucks used to have great customer service but the more they expand, the worse the service gets.

Very Friendly staff member who gave me a good recommendation on flavored ice coffee! I had to add my own creamer and sugar because I like mine very sweet, but that was totally my fault for not asking. Also, not as expensive as I thought! $3 for a large vanilla ice coffee. Very clean establishment. Great place.

Stinks like spoiled milk. Store is dirty. The line inside doesnt work. Service was good. Melissa at the cash register was very nice, she was new and worked really hard to help us as best she could. The bathrooms and lobby were also really messy. It seemed like they could use an extra set of hands or two.

Good morning coffee and breakfast, if you have the time to wait. The people are always very nice but depending on your schedule your ability to stop here may be hampered. During any peak hours the drive thru line wraps around the shopping complex and inside the line is often to the door.

Worst Starbucks Ive ever stepped foot in. The couldnt get a coffee with 1 pump of peppermint right. They also said they had chocolate chai, announced the drink, even though they knew darn well they didnt make the drink right because they didnt have any chocolate. Will never return.

This particular location has some kind of cup fetish. I buy a cup of coffee most mornings and stop to get a refill later. This location could not fill a used cup. I assume if i brought my own cup it would be a problem also. I travel everywhere. Never had this problem.

I cant comment on the drive thru as I only sat inside. Order was quick enough given that it was around lunch time. What I didnt like was the amount of flies that were in the cafe. I counted literally a dozen flies just flying around the cafe windows. Kinda gross.

This is the most reliable Starbucks Ive ever went to. I went here every day for about a year and a half- they always knew my order, knew my face, and served me well. Brandon, Patrick, and Anna are a dream team if you ask me.

Sat and waited at the speaker for 10 and no one was even in front of me. Slow service, hateful staff. Im definitely not returning to this Starbucks Ill just go the extra distance if I want a drink again.

Sunday 9 am. Its obvious they dont clean this place often. Restroom was in need to be cleaned too. Bunch of boxes all over the place. Coffee? What coffee? I didnt feel like being in the coffee store.

I stop at this location a couple times a week. Every time the associates are working hard to get your drink fixed correctly and quickly. I give this store and employees a A+.

Although this Starbucks is typically very busy in the mornings (Which Starbucks isnt?), they always keep things moving quickly. Wait time is around 4 minutes on average.
