One of the best places in Shelby county to eat friend chicken. Go on Fri or Sat night, or Sun noon for the all you can eat buffet, and taste the awesome friend chicken along with many other items such as mashed potatoes, salad bar, a surprise other meat dish, veggies, and more. Its hard not to go back for 2nds or 3rds, lol. Their menu also has many other great tasting foods on it too. They serve a big country sized breakfast in the mornings. Mom and pop type restaurant thats been there for geesh, 50+ years. Friendly servers, good food, average prices all equals a great dining experience.

Hadnt been here in years. Took my folks out to eat for the Sunday buffet. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything offered was fresh and tasty. Chicken was awesome as were the desserts. Our favorite was the strawberry rhubarb pie- the best ever! This place dishes up good old homestyle foods that make you feel right at home.

Drove from Noblesville to have the buffet at Bluebird with a group of 18. Meal was great, nice salad and fresh fried chicken breast, ham & roast beef, stuffing was tasty too! Carrot cake for dessert, all the servers were fast and friendly.

I was so impressed with Bluebird Cafe , from the outside one would never think the inside would be so nice. Great coffee ! Fantastic service and the waitresses are very friendly . I want to return one evening and have dinner .

We love eating at The Bluebird Restaurant. We go there a lot after church. The service is great! Very nice people! The food is wonderful, always. Very fresh, good quality food. I love the pea salad! Mmmmm!!

Food was delicious... Especially their homemade desserts. They cost a lot less than the Kopper Kettle across the street, but the atmosphere is not great. Go for the food not the atmosphere.
