Let me start off by saying our waiter did his job correctly. Everything was just not worth the time. I asked for a burger from their menu with no cheese. I received a burger with cheese. Not good. The waiter showed me the menu ticket that clearly stated in large, bold print "NO CHEESE". Its not like it was *that* busy. The establishment was barely at 1/4 capacity, if that. The replacement burger did come quickly in their defense, though in their rush, the burger was dried out from being cooked so damned fast. Come to think of it, I wasnt even asked how I wanted my burger done. I received it well done. Hmmmm. Another strike. I wonder if I would have enjoyed the burger had it been cooked to my liking, had I been asked. The wife tried the chicken and waffles. The waffles part of this dish were actually good, the rest was straight junk. The chicken pieces were breaded with the same bland breading that was probably bought from Gordon Food Services while nothing was done to it to add some flavor. The chicken was cooked properly but it was tasteless. The cole slaw accompanying my wifes dish appeared as if it was on its way out, the cabbage had a slight yellow/brown tint to it that gave it the appearance of it being no good. I dared not try it. All this being said. The waiter checked on us quite a few times, which is fine. Im sure he was just trying to cover his hindquarter at the kitchen screwing up the burger the first time. If you enjoy flavorless food from a kitchen that clearly needs some inspiration, then this is your place. If not, Id suggest another dining option.

Saturday night. I show up at 12 midnight. Door was locked. Checked website. It reflected a 2am open time EVERY saturday. I called to see if they were open. Man answered and said " we were slow so I closed early" I shared my view that it was bad business and a bad decision to close early and contradict the written agreement online to remain open til 2am. The not so gentleman offered to let me tell him my opinion to his face and beat me up. I said I would take it up with the manager on sunday. He informed me he was the manager. Wow, neanderthal managing a bar. Good move. This place is a joke. Go to legends. At least there is some class there, and an intelligence quotient above that of a bar stool. Beat me up?...as if bar manger. Over the hill, over weight, and below average management skills. This place is a joke.

Ive been here a couple of times and the food is usually pretty decent if you can stand the wait to get it. We waited and hour for 2 hamburgers and some chicken fingers and then they made my 5yr old wait because they didnt get the chicken fingers out with our burgers. Like I said, I generally like the food but service is sub-par. Waitresses spend more time chatting and flirting than checking on other customers. I know its a bar but a lot of profanity being shouted this past visit at bar and my kids were present. They dont have virgin ears but give me a break. This place is probably ok if you want to sit at the bar but I wont bother taking my family there again. When there only about 10 people there and the service is that slow its not worth my time.

This place sucks. Not impressed with service. Waitresses always seem in a bad mood. Food is wrong in some way. Either burgers not done, fries not cooked right, etc. 1st time we thought we found a great place. 2nd time our sons food was sent back nothing was right. 3rd time we got up and left after 20 minutes sitting at a table and no service while the servers were all talking at the bar. After a long time trying it again for a burger but still the hostess was rude and the food not cooked as asked. Not worth arguing with them as I feel they dont care and wouldnt trust they wouldnt do something to my food.

Ate here last night after work. They had country music playing with multiple TVS showing sports. They offer a happy hour on Fridays from 4-6 pm that we just missed. They also offer daily drink specials listed on a chalkboard. We ordered the bang bang chicken wings and they were delicious. Also, got the Redneck Nachos that was missing the pulled pork when it arrived but the attention bartender quickly fixed this. It was good and made with freshly made chips. I ordered the Alamo burger with sweet potatoe fries. The fries were tasty, the burger was big and tasted okay.

Its . Hit or miss on the food. The tv monitors are setup in a great location to watch all the sports. Recently I was there on a Friday night. I ordered a burger and had a couple of beers. There was a spill on the floor and a dirty smelly mop was brought out as I and other people were eating. The mop smelled so bad the smell lingered in the air fir awhile. I pointed it out to the night manager girl and she was to busy socializing to really care. During the time I was there the mop was brought out a total of three times, twice by the same manager. Yuk!

Pros-- prices are right and they have good burgers Cons- I am at this location now and theres games on and its dead silent. No music or game sound. Worst of all I had to wait for the blonde bartender to finish texting on her phone before I can order shots. Lights keep randomly going on blinding everyone. I hope the new management will solve these issues. Common sense in the industry to not text when customers want to give you business

Service was terrible. It seemed like the waitress had never been a server before. They were out of 4 beers my husband had asked for. After bringing the appetizer, she brought the plates 5 minutes later. The food took forever to come out and fries were dumped in salt. My husband ordered a well done steak that came out med rare. Just everything about the experience was terrible. We will never go back again.

Try the onion rings! They are crazy good. I liked everything I tried. Bar is pretty big. They have booths, bar height tables and regular height tables. There is a big bar in the middle with about 6 tvs. There are a few games in the corner as well to play. Place is clean and a decent place to have a drink or grab lunch. Worth checking out!

Tried the Patriot Burger. The macaroni and cheese that topped it was largely unflavorful, as well as the burger patty. Meanwhile, the steak fries were flavored too much. Our waitress was hardly attentive and brought us very few napkins. Wont be coming back here. Very disappointed.

My wife and I come here often for the evening shenanigans and drinks. We even bring our girls for lunch quite a bit. Great food, great atmosphere! Get to know the awesome servers and excellent bartenders and youll soon feel like part of the Roadhouse family. Fantastic place!
