We visited this location while traveling. Our tv in our hotel wasnt getting the football game we wanted to watch. We are from the west coast and visit Buffalo Wild Wings frequently. This by far is the worst location we have ever been too. The service was slow and unfriendly, and the restaurant was dirty. As we walked in, we walked into a floor with napkins, receipts, straw wrappers and other garbage on the floor. The hostess seated us right away, it was late and not busy. After about 15 minutes, our waitress came to our table asked for our drink order and food at the same time. Luckily, we came for a couple of drinks and snacks and knew what we already wanted. When our waitress brought our food that was the ONLY time she came to our table. No offer for refills, didnt ask if we liked our food, and no checkup for any other food or drink. My chocolate cake I ordered was cold, not warmed like usual and didnt have ice cream on the side. The nachos my husband and son ordered were horribly cold. We couldnt return anything because we didnt see our waitress, until she brought our bill. Worst service, worst food and the location was dirty. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been too.

Very disappointed! Was there tonight with my wife and it shouldnt be hard to ensure an order is done correctly, but apparently for this group it is extremely hard. Not only that if you deliver the food to a table dont ask is there anything else you need and is everything looking ok if your not going to do your job and get what you just told the customer your going to get. This particular bdubs screams unprofessional, many not all of the employees lack work ethic and poor judgement in who they hire! This is the only bdubs I have been to where I can genuinely say just needs to get shut down and it sucks that the only one I can say works hard and puts a better image of bdubs into customers minds is the only male manager that was on the floor tonight which is always asking tables about their satisfaction and doing the job of the waiters and waitresses. Todays date is May 23, 2017 just to make sure there isnt a mistake of who Im speaking about!

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. The woman seating people didnt have a clue. We were the only people waiting and there were alot of tables open, yet it still took 15 minutes to be seated. Then, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, we actually got our appetizer before our drinks. Thats probably because someone other than our server brought that out. It took over an hour to get our food. Other tables who came in long after us got their food before we did. Then our glasses sat empty for quite some time. My husband had ordered another beer and she forgot he did and he had to ask her again. I called the manager over to express the extremely poor service we were receiving, he offered to give a discount, but then never put it on our bill. We were so fed up we just wanted to get the heck out of there...so we paid just so we could be done with the whole terrible experience.

I thoroughly enjoy B-Dubs in general, the food and general sports-centric atmosphere are my bread and butter. This particular location is usually a hit, with some duds sprinkled in. There have been times when the service was exceptional, such as when Ive hosted fantasy football drafts there over the past few years and our every need was accommodated. But, there are also times when the service is downright bad. Such as being left unattended despite not being particularly busy, because someone was distracted by something on one of the TVs. If Im there specifically to watch a game in that atmosphere, Im never disappointed. However if its just a regular Wednesday afternoon, I dont know whether to expect quality service or not. I would recommend it if you enjoy the sports in general and a loud atmosphere.

I love This restaurant chain. But this is the worst location I have ever been to. I just picked up an order I placed online. The order was technically correct, but I have never seen such tiny "boneless wings". I pretty much just ate deep fried breading coated in the most miniscule amount of sauce I have ever seen. Besides the food, the employees were all just standing around talking, or flirting with customers at the takeout counter. I caught a glimpse of the kitchen while they went to go get the 3rd item they forgot. The cooks were all just leaning on equipment or eating food on the line. I dont believe I will ever return to this location even though I live less than 2 miles from it. I would drive 15 miles out of the way just to avoid this place. Disgusting.

Food was just ok.. the server didnt come to the table for 20 min before he finally came to ask if wed like to order, never have his name then when we finally got our food he never came back to see how we were doing we had to ask someone else for ranch and he seemed annoyed because he wasnt or server, then finally ours shows up with ranch after we have practically finished with our food. Didnt ask if we wanted more drinks. Customer service is lacking. Employees at front were just standing around leaning on the counter with a bored look on their face like they dont want to be there. We even had to.go look for our server just to get the check because he was no where to be found. Bad 1st impression.

Do not go to the waukegan, illinois buffalo wild wings! Dirty, and the service there is horrible! Food on the floor with 3 employees walking over it and finally a team member got a broom to pick it up when she stepped on it. Was not busy when we visited so there was no reason why we sat there for 30+ minutes with no one coming to our table to greet us or take a drink order. Especially when 3 families after us came in and were greeted moments after being seated and getting orders placed. Employees walked by us and not one stopped to ask if we had been helped. We got our stuff together and left!

Tried ordering online, and it wouldnt let us order certain items just because. Finally got it to work, set up a pick up time and came in at that time. Waitress at the pick up station was rude, and couldnt find our order and insited we didnt order to that store. We showed her the confirmation email but she didnt care, so we ended up doing a walk in order. So about 45 minutes after the original pick up time we finally got our order and took it home. PoBoy sandwich was okay. My Caesar salad with chicken was gross. It had overcooked chicken and wilted lettuce.

Customer service on the day we visited was horrendous. We arrived around 1:15 on a Monday, took over 1 hour to get drinks, 3 hours to get food. There were 25 of us, but only 5-10 others in entire restaurant. There were 5 of us that received our food at the 3 hour mark. Food arrived after cancelling order. My order was both incomplete and wrong. Supprising as they asked me what I ordered 3 times. Will for sure never go the Waukegan BW3 again, and will avoid all others.
