Burger King November 8, 2009 9:52 Drive Thru Olney, IL Ordered a double sausage egg and cheese croissant and got a bacon croissant with egg and cheese. I had to pull ahead and wait behind a couple other cars. I took it back when I discovered it was wrong and they tried to give me someone elses order when I returned it. They then gave me what looked like what I had order, but there were still bacon pieces in the middle. There were 4 cars pulled ahead waiting for their orders. It was not a good experience. This store has had lots of problems in the past also.

Twice now Ive had issues with the food. Once, my burger was not done. At all-it was still cold. I almost threw up. Another time, there was a strange bug on my burger. I took it to the desk and they offered me another one (no! not after that!) and then asked if I wanted a drink when one came with my meal. They always mess up the orders, too.

Manager Yelling at crew and customers. Orders wrong LONG WAIT. Drive up double parked and waiting. ORDER WRONG inside and out. BK you can only call in a complaint during m-f. no email guess they do not care! back to taco bell you can call them.

First time here... Read the past reviews and couldnt believe how bad they are ! Place is very clean, food was made fresh to order and employees were nice !!! I guess some people might have an axe to grind like former employees :(

Very Very Stressful!! Service is not good in drive through. They ran out of biscuits at 8:45 am!! I would much more recommend McDonalds...

Got a Bacon King combo. Had a good amount of bacon on it, unfortunately it seemed to be raw. Pretty gross and waste of money
