January 22nd 11:43am I just called I was on the phone for 15mins Im not judgemental trust me. But so upsetting after repeating your order and address 4 times and even spellin it out. After that the guy said sorry I cant deliver ur order is under $15 why couldnt he tell me that to start with we could had avoided a big miscommunication. So distracting specially when your pregnant and have these crazy cravings and your stuck at work. They charged $3 delivery. After that my total was $17.55. Just for a damn dollar difference oh my god!!! So upset this place is nuts. I thought the point was to keep customers not loose them for a damn dollar. Should of read reviews first. Too...

Please dont ever go when they are closing. The food is cold. They mix the foods into the same bins...Like chicken with the beef....It was not good! I wanted one particular dish but they packed it for themselves and said they were all out of it. Lastly, we ordered an egg roll and she cross contaminated the utensil. In addition, she touched her cell phone, then got the egg roll, pick the sauces out of a box and put it in the bag on top of the egg roll...Have you heard of "no hands"...Well, "No Gloves." It grossed me out! They have not a clue of sanitary operations They must do better. They need to read this review and work on fixing the problems.

I tried too order for a delivery experience, and quickly noticed the poor English and hard translation that was about too begin. I gave as much patience that any human can give but after so many failed attempts too get an order right took forever. It took me five times too explain my address as well as my name. Horrible service, and I can tell the lady was rude like if it was my fault. So I told her that she lost a customer and what poor service they have. Never again will I be told what Yoo buy by an individual who cant even get the order right as well as your address and name.

My go to Chinese food! Ive been going to this place for years. The portion of food they give you is unbeatable! I tried other Chinese places but nothing comes close to the amount of food they give you for the price here. Also, I think it tastes better than panda ( best to go in the mornings when their food is super fresh). I ordered several party trays for work and eveyone was asking where I got the food from. If youre in the area I would give New China express a try.

Low quality. Food is often prepped in dining area and left sitting there where customers can cough or sneeze all over it. No real selection as its basically just a buffet type restaurant. Its the same few choices all day every day. Rarely have egg rolls ready and when they do theyve been sitting on warmers for hours. They definitely rush you to order and customer service doesnt exist. Its employees always remind me of the soup nazi on Seinfeld.

This is a great express Chinese place. Ive been going there for about 2 years. I first discovered them at Oak Lawns Fall on the Green festival. I love the Bourbon Chicken and the Teriaki Chicken. The Orange Chicken is also very good. It has a candy like crust on it. There are always people in there and thus the trays of food are always being replaced super hot new food. The staff is very nice and work so hard.

the food is just LIKE PANDA EXPRESS... Being a muslim . Panda Express uses wine in there food. That is haram to eat. But New China Express has the same exact< food expect no wine. its so good. THEY Are not cheap... they fill your plates up like crazy!!!! It was soo good and they are more better cheaper prices!!!!

My mom and I love this place. Weve been getting food from this restaurant for years. We followed them from their previous location that was actually closer to home. Weve never once had a bad experience. The portions are great and you definitely get your moneys worth! My favorite is the Mongolian Beef.

I was wondering how the quality would be because I had never been to this chain before, but it is just like panda express, but a little cheaper prices and maybe a little better food too. I also was given very generous portions, which can be hit or miss at panda express.

The food use to be pretty good, but today I bought some bad bourbon chicken. I called to complain and was told that it was impossible for the bourbon chicken to be soured because it is barbecued. Grilling does not fix sour meat. If you cook it sour, it is still bad.

Had gone here twice and was impressed with the bourbon chicken. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered bourbon chicken and orange chicken, I found two sharp chicken bones. The taste of the food was good but this will prevent me from ever returning.

I dont think the food is good. The chicken isnt just white meat. I would find other bits in it like hard pieces. The beef has other problems. It is too fatty. Basically, I dont like anything at this place. I go to Chi Tung.
