There delivery service is a joke. I ordered and i had to end up calling them after 2 hours had passed just to get an update on were my food was. My update was " it should be on its way ". After i hung up with them , the delivery driver calls me saying he is in front of my house. I go outside just to find no one there.I call him back and he is about 6 blocks in the wrong direction and he begins to blame the girl for writing down the wrong address.I asked him what was the address he had and he repeated the right address.( What a joker ) So i then inform him on how to get to my house and he never shows up. I call Van Phat and its 10 minutes after closing time so no one answers. They charged my card and i did not recieve my food. If i could give zero stars i would. I suggest you try China fast Wok, the food is great and it will at least make it to your door in a decent time frame. I would have ordered from there , but it was a friends idea to order from Van Phat. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

I have been ordering from this place for years! but lately there delivery service is REALLY BAD! it took around one hour and a half to get my delivery last time. Beside I had a inconvenience with the food the last and spoke with the "owner" and he was really rood, loud and every time I was trying to explain he interrupted saying "I know I know", I did not like his attitude nor his tone! I decided not to order AGAIN from this place! If I could I will give them - stars for customer service and no stars for delivery!!

This place is awful. It took me over an hour and a half to get my food and I only live 3 blocks away. When I called after an hour they hadent even made the food yet and they complained that they were busy. My garlic chicken had mostly vegetables and only a few thin strips of chicken. Then the fried rice had no bean sprouts and instead had frozen peas and carrots. Im never coming back here

This place has been here for years. The egg rolls are good, better than I expected. As for the rest of the menu, I will take a pass. Nothing special about it, the food is bland and under seasoned. The place doesnt look like somewhere i want to eat, but most people get carry out anyway. There has to be a reason it has been here so long, I just cant figure out what it is.

Really great prices and inviting staff! Had a giant bowl of egg drop soup and a plate of chow mein for $9. Owner was really warm and was able to serve our table of 8 within 20 minutes of us sitting down, after another huge group was seated just before us.
