Cafe Mustache fits right in with the rest of Logan Squares coffeehouses - its a little hipstery, well decorated if youre into the theme they have, and has pretty friendly baristas. The downside, like most of the other Logan Square coffeehouses, is the price. These places typically try and be the anti-Starbucks - yet a simple specialty drink is usually even more expensive than Starbucks ($5 for a small mocha? come on!) That being said, it is a pretty cozy place and they make a tasty brew as long as you can stomach the cost.

I work here 2-3 days a week and am a huge fan of Cafe Mustaches music, atmosphere, and bottomless $3 coffee. Its a dollar cheaper than the next best option. The staff is *gasp* hip AND friendly. None of that "we art cooler than thou" crap you get in so many places like this. The only thing Id say: the grab and go breakfast baked goods need serious work. I bought a scone and have to say... its just not great. When Bang Bang is just down the street, its something I would consider. Overall, 5 stars. Worth a visit!

Nice workers, good.coffee, ok prices, but - crappy inconsistent wifi today. I asked for a router reset and nothing happened. Cant do the cert studying I had planned, so one drink and Im out. Their loss. Patrons are mostly young inconsiderate millenials. Power/plugins are sparse and a fire hazard. One last horrifying observation:, they are selling new york times and wall street journal papers, which points to the nightmarish trend of conservative to libertarian millenials coming into existance.

I love Cafe Mustache. There is such an attention to detail in every aspect- the signs, decor, and products all showcase this. I also really appreciate that it provides a much needed, very visible and public space for art and local bands to perform. Im so happy that this place exists, and I hope it lasts and continues to evolve over time. Hopefully they will be successful and can move to a bigger place!

My friend and I walked in this cafe yesterday night. We really liked decor and vibe of the place. It is very huge! We liked the art on the walls and music was decent. Service was friendly. The only con I can tell about was when I asked for a cortado, a barista told: "sure we can do that" and I got a small latte instead served in 8oz cup, which was good though. My friend enjoyed her flavored one.

Cafe Mustache may look real twee on the outside, but once you step inside and start sipping on steaming cup of cappuccino, youll be impressed. Mismatched chairs and lo-fi sounds on the stereo are a great accompaniment to whatever creative project youre launching in the pre-caffeinated stages. Although Logan Square has plenty of cafes serving coffee, few have the charm of Cafe Mustache.

My personal favorite cafe in Chicago. Love the homey vibe, the vegan chili is a lunch staple, friendly service, dedicated neighborhood ownership, good teas, and its a great little bar at night. Good gumbo. Soup specials are always good, often excellent. I love their vinyl collection. This is my number one hangout in Logan Square.

This place is one of the best café/bars in logan square. The staff are good people all experienced musicians, artists or local cultural icons. The Americano is perfect, the bar has one of the best karaoke nights (sunday) and the live music/comedy that happens nearly every night is always awesome and well curated.

Pretty expensive coffee and everything. But its a cute eclectic place and tasty chilli (also $$). The music is pretty loud though. I had trouble focusing when I went to do some work there. Also the wi-fi shuts off at 6 pm every day. I guess its to kick the people off their laptops and socialize? Not sure.

Always friendly staff, love the Bridgeport coffee and everything bagels. I stop in almost daily for a chance to listen to an ever changing variety of vinyl while I sit and read a book. Very nice vibes and there are no shortage of board games to occupy your time. Highly recommend

Cozy coffee shop in Logan Square great for spending the day working (and using the free Wifi) or just hanging out. Definitely go for the vegan chili and the El Jalisco while youre there. As an added bonus, they serve booze now, too: lots of local liquors.

Pretty good coffee, eclectic artwork. A couple people were very loudly talking about their hipster band projects and their deep meaning, but you cant get everything you want (I would have preferred not to hear about how interesting they think they are).

Man, I wish Cafe Mustache were right outside my door. Its a very comfortable coffee spot that delivers a fine cappuccino at a decent cost. It also smells like the coffee houses of my youth smelled: Coffee + hippy musk. Love it.

Great coffee and great atmosphere! All their scones and scrumptious treats are made fresh daily and always different. They have a full calendar of events practically everyday! Clean and just a fun place to hang out.

Nice little coffee spot. Food is really good but a little pricey. Excellent coffee drinks and cute hip atmosphere. Bring back the chicken salad sandwich! Breakfast burrito +organic bacon is outstanding.

Kept it simple with drip coffee and a breakfast wrap. The wrap was delicious, filled with perfectly cooked eggs and fresh produce. Drip coffee was just what I was looking for.

Good coffee but patrons have a tendency to hunker down and not leave. Ive tried to meet several friends here but the limited seating has forced us to relocate to Gaslight.

Didnt investigate food options (but they looked tasty) but the coffee service and atmosphere were on point. Must like vinyl records, vintage artwork and a hipster vibe.

Whether you need a hot coffee or a cold beer, this is a really chill spot for both. They have some fun events throughout the week, good artwork, and a nice home-y feel.
