JOKE. Called at 10:48 am to place an order to have ready for student off campus lunch day. Was told it would be ready by manager. Students arrived and they were told I called the wrong one and nothing was ready. I confirmed I called the right one and also confirmed that I had spoken to the manager directly to place the order. Manager blamed ME for his incompetence. REALLY? He then proceeded to say that normally they dont even take orders on the phone. I explained that all he had to do was to tell me that from the get go. I would have been understanding of that, but dont lie. Pathetic.

Trusted them Superbowl day with a party order. Arrived at location to receive bad service from people who blamed us saying we were at the wrong location. Refused to check order, adamant we were wrong. Left location. Received call during 3rd quarter from same location telling us our food had been waiting there the entire time. Staff was unable to find order using phone number they used to call us on. Unprofessional, lazy , incompetent. Almost ruined super bowl gathering.

Im disappointed every single time I go there. If it were up to me I would never go back, unfortunately, friends of mine always want to meet up there. Everytime I say, "Ugh, not that place again!" The food is mediocre at best and something is always missing. Had the street tacos twice, no cilantro both times. Dont have the description on the menu if you are not going to deliver. Also, beer on tap is never cold. Worst BWW ever.

$18 for a medium order of wings makes me feel like Im getting ripped off. When we walked in, the host offered my kid one of their tablet games. Which is odd because usually we have to ask and wait for one...turns out they now charge $1.99 for the games. Well played b-dubs. Well played. Probably wont be back. Over $1 per chicken nugget, $3 for a soda, etc. Pretty high for what is essentially bar food.

Thank you Mike and Victoria and your staff for an amazing 70th birthday lunch with my family. Food was amazing, Victoria was a wonderful server and Mike your hospitality enduring. After eating enough meals here its true to say that the servers and host are very friendly and great at their job. The managers do awesome work at making sure guest are enjoying the food at atmosphere. As far as the food goes, the burgers and wings here are the best I can find in the area especially for the price! No complaints other than that I wish my stomach could hold more wings!

There is nothing different about this BWW than any other. The food is the same and the TVs will definitely have your game on. However, the service appears to overturn quite often at this location and it is hard to find a good server. Three stars for good food (albeit non-nutritional) but lacking in the service arena.

Service was great but, I ordered the Big Jack Daddy Burger, which I use to love and was not impressed! It had none of the flavor as before, all I could taste was the hamburger and if you ever ordered one of these burgers before you would realize how wrong this burger was today!!

The service was excellent! On Mayweathers fight night, they let us in with no hesitation with our party, just to eat, after hours! May not be EVERYONES deal, butI WAS 100% satisfied!! Enjoy your dine experience here, for sure!!!

The food was great, typical of Buffalo Wild wings. But as I was paying the check a roach crossed the table, and it ruined the experience. My typical location in st. Louis hasnt had that problem, as far as I know.

Watched the last 3min. of the Packers-Gaints game, halftime, and the entire 3rd quarter. Still havent gotten my 20 wings! Service is super slow. Dont go here unless you have a day to kill!
