Dont get me wrong, the food is the best Chinese food Ive ever had.... the one star is for service and wait. Ever since Anita, the owner has left the place in charge of another woman, it has got to be the worst and slowest service Anywhere. 1- back in December I placed a Togo order on my way home when I was 35 min away. I was told 20 min to be ready. When I got there, I expected my food to be ready... but was told it would be another 25 min. So I waited in the truck for 30 minutes, went in to get it and was shocked that they hadnt even started. I ended up waiting a total of 1 and a half hours to get my food, while my family sat at home waiting on me and the food. I didnt get home with it till after 930!! When I asked for Anitas number to complain, she said she didnt have a way to reach her. Whatever 2- went on a Sunday afternoon thinking the lunch rush would be done. It still didnt matter, service is SLOW! Had to ask her 5 time over 20 minutes for a lemon. PLEASE ANITA! Fire this woman and come back to run your restaurant!! This will probably be the last time I come until you return.

Ordered two small egg drop soups and a general tso chicken dinner to go and was told it came with a soup, egg roll, and fried rice. Got there and had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to be told that there was no more egg drop soup and it would take a long time to make more so she gave me a wonton soup and substituted the two small egg drop soups with one small egg drop soup and charged me the same then turned around and said it was free then charged me still. Total was $11.77 when the general tso was reviewed at $7.99 online and egg drop was $1.50 each. False advertising and over priced!

This restaurant gets a TWO YUMS UP! I have lived in Winder for about thirteen years and gave up on any good chinese until tonight! I went based on the reviews of others and I happily agree! LOVE their General Tsos Chicken and woo hoo on the sauce! Awesome Hot and Sour Soup recipe here too.......bet it will surprise all Hot and Sour lovers with the extra delights that they put in it! Delicious! I will visit weekly for sure! Very clean and inviting atmosphere and great owner and staff! Love, love Asia Cafe

We walked in and placed a to go order. The lady brought the soup out and it sat there for over 35 minutes while our food . Then, every customer that came in to eat was sat and brought there food before we were given our order. The lady told my husband to place an order over the phone next time, than come in and place a to go order. She was very ride and disrespectful to my husband. We will not be coming back!

Absolutely delicious and unlike anywhere else Ive been and I have lived in Houston, Los Angeles, & Atlanta along with a ton of traveling. The Thai menu is where its at. The lemon pepper wings cant be described. All the meals have perfectly cooked vegetables, nice portions and ratio of veggies to meat. On top of all that, wonderful people there, friendly, personable. In the area? You must stop by.

Worst service on Planet Earth. The food is good, but definitely not worth waiting an hour and a half for!!! Have had to wait every single time weve eaten in or gotten takeout, but tonight was beyond ridiculous! Will never patronize this restaurant again.

This place really disappoints, couldnt get they on phone arrive and phones off the hook. Place my order and she says 10-15 minutes. I leave Im gone 25 minutes - she says another 25 ....nope not that good. Wont do dinner again

Theres nothing worse than bad chinese food and I always get General Tsos chicken. Their suace is as good as any Ive ever had in New York. I always get a lunch special and eat it for dinner, hey, Im cheap, what can I say...
